【摘要】：隨著"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的迅速發(fā)展,醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)不僅數(shù)據(jù)類型繁多、關(guān)系復(fù)雜,且呈爆炸式增長,一般的數(shù)據(jù)可視化方法難以對其進行有效的展示,醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù)面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。概述了醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)的起源、特點及其研究進展,介紹了醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)可視化的相關(guān)概念及其研究現(xiàn)狀,將現(xiàn)有醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)可視化方法劃分為兩大類,分類闡述了常見的醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)可視化方法,給出了包括分類、圖例、特性的可視化方法比較一覽表。最后分析了醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)可視化中存在的問題,指出其未來研究重點,對醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)可視化方法研究與普及應(yīng)用具有重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of "Internet", medical big data not only has a variety of data types, complex relationships, but also explosive growth, general data visualization methods are difficult to effectively display.The visualization technology of medical big data is facing a great challenge.This paper summarizes the origin, characteristics and research progress of medical big data, introduces the related concepts and research status of the visualization of medical big data, and classifies the existing visualization methods into two categories.This paper expounds the common visualization methods of medical big data, and gives a comparison list of visualization methods including classification, legend and characteristics.Finally, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the visualization of medical big data, points out the key points of its future research, and has an important reference value for the research and popularizing application of the visualization method of medical big data.
