基于PHM的電容退化狀態(tài)可視化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在工業(yè)電子系統(tǒng)中,PHM可以提前預(yù)知將要發(fā)生故障的時間和位置,預(yù)測整個系統(tǒng)的剩余使用壽命(URL),為未來將要發(fā)生故障的時間進(jìn)行預(yù)測,提高維修準(zhǔn)時性。美國辛辛那提大學(xué)的李杰教授對診斷健康管理系統(tǒng)(PHM)多年研究后提出了一套完整的數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的PHM研究路線:數(shù)據(jù)分析建模,數(shù)據(jù)可視化,數(shù)據(jù)等平臺的搭建與維護(hù)。本文根據(jù)這一研究路線的進(jìn)行工業(yè)電容退化狀態(tài)的研究,并為其設(shè)計可視化系統(tǒng):1.數(shù)據(jù)分析建模;诠I(yè)電容充電周期下獲得的EIS頻譜數(shù)據(jù)信息,尋找隨電容退化而變化的隱藏變量。整理隱藏變量進(jìn)行電容的健康狀態(tài)的量化建模分析。最后根據(jù)這些量化的狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),建立以時間狀態(tài)序列為基礎(chǔ)的電容的退化預(yù)測模型。2.數(shù)據(jù)可視化系統(tǒng)。把電容退化預(yù)測模型進(jìn)行可視化展示,并將展示系統(tǒng)整合成一個面向非技術(shù)類管理人員的專業(yè)設(shè)備的狀態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)。完成適應(yīng)于更多儀器設(shè)備的PHM可視化Web系統(tǒng)。該部分注重界面的直觀性與交互性。3.數(shù)據(jù)等平臺的搭建與維護(hù)。針對PHM系統(tǒng)的運行特性設(shè)計集群配置。從冗余的思想出發(fā),設(shè)計基于Web服務(wù)器與數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器的集群網(wǎng)絡(luò),并整合離線大數(shù)據(jù)處理spark平臺,用于大數(shù)據(jù)的計算。根據(jù)上述的方案開發(fā)的工業(yè)電容PHM系統(tǒng),適用于非技術(shù)類的工業(yè)設(shè)備管理人員,為管理人員提供及時更換過度損耗設(shè)備的輔助決策支持與知識服務(wù),避免因流水線意外中斷而造成的停工損失,提升了企業(yè)的利益與工作的效益。

The operating characteristics of the cluster configuration design for PHM system. Starting from the thought of redundancy design of cluster network, Web server and database server based on off-line data processing and integration of large spark platform, used to calculate the data. According to the industrial capacity PHM system the development plan, industrial equipment management personnel for non technology, provide auxiliary equipment in time to replace excessive loss management The decision support and the knowledge service can avoid the shutdown loss caused by the accidental interruption of the pipeline, and improve the benefit of the enterprise and the work.
