【摘要】：在企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,企業(yè)的設(shè)備水平越來越高,規(guī)模也越來越大。各種生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和管理方式正朝著專業(yè)化、精細(xì)化、連續(xù)化、大型化的方向發(fā)展。但現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)設(shè)備管理模式發(fā)展滯后,只覆蓋了日常設(shè)備管理業(yè)務(wù)的少部分,設(shè)備管理信息采集和更新滯后。而且由于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)部門多、連續(xù)運(yùn)行周期長(zhǎng)的因素,導(dǎo)致設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)定量指標(biāo)欠缺,設(shè)備統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑不一,資源利用率低下,設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況反饋慢等問題。為了解決設(shè)備管理過程中的這些問題,基于B/S的企業(yè)設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,系統(tǒng)適用于對(duì)企業(yè)設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)、跟蹤等信息的管理。企業(yè)設(shè)備管理在實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中,將先進(jìn)的軟件開發(fā)模式、軟件工程思想貫穿于上層業(yè)務(wù)和底層數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)基于Web的B/S三層應(yīng)用程序體系構(gòu)架,選擇Myeclipse 10開發(fā)環(huán)境,采用J2EE SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)框架技術(shù),利用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式將業(yè)務(wù)邏輯和表示邏輯分離,在表示邏輯層利用JSP技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了頁面制作在業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層,利用Struts、Spring技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊開發(fā),并結(jié)合Oracle 11g數(shù)據(jù)庫,利用Hibernate技術(shù)完成對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的封裝映射。企業(yè)設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備信息模塊、設(shè)備使用模塊、設(shè)備檢修模塊、決策分析模塊、信息發(fā)布模塊、用戶管理模塊和系統(tǒng)管理模塊等。通過系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,可以幫助企業(yè)有效提高設(shè)備的使用效率,對(duì)設(shè)備的安排、調(diào)度、維修等作出科學(xué)規(guī)劃和管理,提高企業(yè)管理效率和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In the enterprise modernization process, the enterprise equipment level is higher and higher, the scale is also more and more big.All kinds of production equipment and management are developing towards specialization, refinement, continuity and large-scale.However, the current enterprise equipment management mode lags behind, covering only a few parts of the daily equipment management business, and equipment management information collection and update lags behind.Because of many production departments and long continuous operation period, there are many problems, such as lack of quantitative index of equipment data, different caliber of equipment statistics, low utilization of resources, slow feedback of equipment operation situation, and so on.In order to solve these problems in the process of equipment management, the enterprise equipment management system based on B / S emerges as the times require, and the system is suitable for the management of information such as maintenance, maintenance, tracking and so on.In the process of enterprise equipment management, the advanced software development mode and software engineering idea are used in the design of the upper business and the bottom database.The system is based on Web's B / S three-tier application architecture, chooses Myeclipse 10 development environment, adopts J2EE SSH(Struts Spring hibernate framework technology, and uses MVC design pattern to separate business logic from presentation logic.In the presentation logic layer, JSP technology is used to realize page making in business logic layer, Struts Spring technology is used to realize module development, and Oracle 11g database is combined with Hibernate technology to complete the encapsulation mapping of database.The enterprise equipment management system has realized the equipment information module, the equipment use module, the equipment maintenance module, the decision analysis module, the information release module, the user management module and the system management module and so on.Through the application of the system, the enterprise can effectively improve the efficiency of the use of equipment, the arrangement of equipment, scheduling, maintenance and other scientific planning and management, and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise management.
