【摘要】：在當(dāng)前的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的影響下,如何加強(qiáng)土地管理和合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用,是土地管理部門(mén)極為關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。因此,利用高效的管理手段來(lái)保證使土地建設(shè)和管理更加科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、秩序化顯得至關(guān)重要。本項(xiàng)目以“建設(shè)一流數(shù)字土地監(jiān)察執(zhí)法,創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)平臺(tái)”為發(fā)展目標(biāo),將對(duì)土地動(dòng)態(tài)信息采集和土地動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)察體系進(jìn)行研究,集成基于無(wú)線互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的手持差分GPS(全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng))、GIS(地理信息系統(tǒng))技術(shù)、無(wú)線互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)等高新技術(shù)手段,開(kāi)發(fā)土地監(jiān)察執(zhí)法管理GPS監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),以支持動(dòng)態(tài)信息采集的數(shù)字化、實(shí)時(shí)傳輸、實(shí)時(shí)入庫(kù),實(shí)時(shí)分析。該平臺(tái)加大了土地監(jiān)察執(zhí)法管理內(nèi)、外業(yè)一體化程度,降低了成本、縮短了土地監(jiān)察執(zhí)法調(diào)查和處理周期、大大提高了土地監(jiān)察執(zhí)法管理的工作效率,為土地監(jiān)察執(zhí)法管理工作的全面、常規(guī)化展開(kāi)提供技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the current macroeconomic situation on the real estate market, how to strengthen the land management and rational development and utilization is a matter of great concern to the land management department.Therefore, it is very important to make land construction and management more scientific, standardized and orderly by means of efficient management.The project aims at "Building first-class digital land supervision and law enforcement, creating quality service platform" as the development goal, and will study the land dynamic information collection and land dynamic monitoring system.Integrating the handheld differential GPS (Global Satellite Positioning system) technology based on the wireless Internet, wireless Internet communication technology and other high-tech means to develop the land supervision and law enforcement management GPS monitoring system platform.In order to support dynamic information collection digital, real-time transmission, real-time storage, real-time analysis.The platform increases the degree of integration of land supervision and law enforcement management, reduces the cost, shortens the investigation and processing cycle of land supervision and law enforcement, and greatly improves the efficiency of land supervision and law enforcement management.For the land supervision and law enforcement work comprehensive, regular development to provide technical protection.
