【摘要】：隨著中通建設設計院信息化程度越來越高,計算機在院部各個部門普及程度越來越高,互聯(lián)網也普遍覆蓋到各個部門,設計院在硬件條件上已經達到了網絡辦公的要求�；诩垙埖膫鹘y(tǒng)審核形式,公函傳送的效率非常慢。傳送過程當中,各個部門之間在辦公時缺乏便捷的信息傳送方法,信息共享和集成無法實現(xiàn),導致其無法高效協(xié)作。紙質文件經過審核后,根據(jù)意見進行修改,以前廢棄的設計文件不能重復利用,造成紙張的浪費,不科學環(huán)保,同時有些紙質文件帶有設計院的敏感信息,在審核過程中容易因為人員管理不善或在修改過程當中對廢棄文件沒有及時銷毀造成失泄密。結合設計院的實際條件和長遠的發(fā)展需求,與軟件開發(fā)部門合作,構建適合設計院需要的審核系統(tǒng),才是與設計院的利益相一致的,本系統(tǒng)就是在這樣的背景下醞釀而出。本文首先介紹了中通建設設計院的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并指出業(yè)務流程當中存在的不足之處,提出了解決措施,對整體系統(tǒng)進行總體需求分析和業(yè)務需求分析,在此基礎上對系統(tǒng)進行功能性和非功能性需求分析;然后詳細論述了系統(tǒng)體系架構和功能結構,給出了系統(tǒng)的網絡拓撲、數(shù)據(jù)庫、安全設計;最后給出了系統(tǒng)的測試和實現(xiàn)。論文著重對審核系統(tǒng)中的用戶管理子系統(tǒng)、工程下發(fā)子系統(tǒng)、設計審核子系統(tǒng)和設計出版子系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)進行了詳細的敘述。本系統(tǒng)采用瀏覽器/服務器(B/S)體系結構,開發(fā)環(huán)境為My Eclipse和IntelliJ IDEA,開發(fā)語言為Java、Html5和PHP,后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫使用的是MySQL 5.5。該系統(tǒng)在中通建設設計院測試使用運行過程中運行平穩(wěn),大大提高了各部門的業(yè)務處理速度,節(jié)省了大量開支,達到了預期的目標。
[Abstract]:As during the construction of informationization Design Institute is more and more high, the computer in the division of various departments is becoming more and more popular, the Internet has universal coverage to all departments, the design institute has reached the office network requirements in the hardware condition. The paper based on the traditional forms of audit, transfer efficiency of letters is very slow. The transfer process of each. Between departments in the office the lack of convenient information transmission method, information sharing and integration can not be achieved, leading to not efficient collaboration. The paper documents after the audit, modified according to the opinions, previously abandoned design documents can not be reused, resulting in waste of paper, not environmental protection, sensitive information and some paper documents with the Design Institute in the review process, because of the poor management or not to waste in the process to modify the file in a timely manner caused by leakage. Combined with the design The actual condition of hospital and long-term development needs, in cooperation with the software development department, the audit system for the construction design institute need, is consistent with the interests of the Design Institute, this system is brewing out in this background. This paper first introduces the current development in the building design institute and points out the shortcomings existing business processes, measures are put forward, analyzed the overall demand analysis and demand of the whole system, based on the analysis of the system functional and non functional requirements; and then discussed in detail the system architecture and functional structure, network topology, gives the system database security design; finally the realization and test. The thesis focuses on the user management subsystem of the audit system, distribution system engineering, the design and Realization of the subsystem design audit subsystem design and publishing For a detailed description. This system uses the browser / server (B/S) architecture, development environment for My Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA, development language Java, Html5 and PHP, background database using the MySQL 5.5. system through the Construction Design Institute test used in running smooth operation process, greatly improving the business the processing speed of each department, save a lot of money, to achieve the desired objectives.
