【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)4.0的到來,制造業(yè)企業(yè)也面臨新一輪的發(fā)展機遇,傳統(tǒng)的制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)已不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會的發(fā)展。論文以目前制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為依托,旨在提高制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計劃管理的有效性、科學(xué)性、時效性、準(zhǔn)確性。論文在技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、操作三方面可行性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對企業(yè)實際業(yè)務(wù)流程和功能需求進行分析,進而設(shè)計了詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)功能模塊和程序流程等內(nèi)容,并對系統(tǒng)功能進行了實現(xiàn)和測試工作。系統(tǒng)利用JSP語言、J2EE平臺、AJAX技術(shù)、SQL Server 2012數(shù)據(jù)庫和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)等技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)資料管理、生產(chǎn)計劃管理、生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理、倉儲管理和采購管理等功能,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)計劃管理系統(tǒng)的有效應(yīng)用及運行。系統(tǒng)符合最初的設(shè)計要求,基本實現(xiàn)了規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的生產(chǎn)管理作業(yè),解決了部分現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)計劃管理中的不足之處,在一定程度上提高了生產(chǎn)作業(yè)效率,簡化了生產(chǎn)計劃相關(guān)流程,達(dá)到了企業(yè)日常生產(chǎn)計劃管理的需要,并為企業(yè)日后發(fā)展和以后相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、開發(fā)夯實了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of industry 4.0, manufacturing enterprises are also facing a new round of development opportunities, the traditional manufacturing enterprise production management system can not adapt to the development of today's society.Based on the current situation of production planning management in manufacturing enterprises, this paper aims to improve the effectiveness, scientificity, timeliness and accuracy of production planning management in manufacturing enterprises.Based on the feasibility analysis of technical, economic and operational aspects, the paper analyzes the actual business process and functional requirements of the enterprise, and then designs the detailed system function module and program flow, etc.The system function is implemented and tested.The system realizes the functions of means of production management, production planning management, production job management, warehousing management and purchasing management by using JSP language J2EE platform Ajax technology, SQL Server 2012 database and B / S structure, etc.The system realizes the effective application and operation of the production planning management system.The system meets the initial design requirements, basically realizes standardized, systematic, standardized production management operations, solves some of the deficiencies in the current production planning management, and to a certain extent improves the efficiency of production operations.It simplifies the process of production planning, meets the needs of daily production planning management, and lays a solid foundation for the future development of enterprises and the design and development of related systems.
