【摘要】:21世紀(jì)的今天,伴隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)功能的不斷強(qiáng)大,計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為人們的生活與工作帶來(lái)新的方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,信息化建設(shè)成為有效推進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的國(guó)家重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。而改革開(kāi)放多年以來(lái),建筑工程也取得快速的發(fā)展,因此越來(lái)越多的建設(shè)工程需要更加有力和有效的監(jiān)督和管理。我國(guó)的建設(shè)工程的信息查詢和統(tǒng)計(jì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)在過(guò)去較長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間里主要是通過(guò)手工統(tǒng)計(jì),紙質(zhì)材料提交申報(bào),故辦事效率低下,查詢不準(zhǔn)確以及不及時(shí)的現(xiàn)象一直存在,無(wú)法應(yīng)對(duì)新環(huán)境的挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí)傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)督方式和監(jiān)督管理的人員配備存在有限性,各個(gè)參與建設(shè)的單位和負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督的部門間的信息交流存在延時(shí)性,壁壘性,無(wú)法真正意義的達(dá)到信息及時(shí)共享的功能。不同的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以及參建單位存在對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量整體性認(rèn)知的缺失,項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督應(yīng)當(dāng)存在于整個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的過(guò)程中,因此利用新的信息技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督的需求來(lái)解決目前存在的問(wèn)題成為行業(yè)與時(shí)代的需求。通過(guò)分析問(wèn)題的研究背景以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,確認(rèn)了本文系統(tǒng)的主要實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)以及系統(tǒng)的主要工作。本文的系統(tǒng)采用面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計(jì)與方法,UML作為輔助設(shè)計(jì)工具,通過(guò)采用B/S構(gòu)架以及MVC模式等進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)所需的需求分析,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)測(cè)試一系列流程。系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的核心業(yè)務(wù)為項(xiàng)目工程的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督。其中項(xiàng)目注冊(cè)申報(bào)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)始的注冊(cè)審批,質(zhì)量監(jiān)督功能實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和控制,監(jiān)督審查表管理實(shí)現(xiàn)逐級(jí)質(zhì)監(jiān)站的有效監(jiān)督,完工備案管理實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目完工的信息備案和綜合評(píng)價(jià),基本信息管理則實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶的信息維護(hù)管理。該系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)方案的功能性與非功能性測(cè)試,能基本滿足建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督流程所需的業(yè)務(wù)功能,較好的提高了質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作的工作效率以及實(shí)現(xiàn)信息在用戶間的共享,本文的系統(tǒng)研究開(kāi)發(fā)具有了一定的理論價(jià)值和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21st century, with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous strong functions of the Internet, computer technology has brought about new changes in the way people live and work.Information construction has become an important national development strategy to effectively promote national economic and social development.Since the reform and opening up for many years, construction engineering has also made rapid development, so more and more construction projects need more effective supervision and management.For a long time in the past, the information inquiry and statistics of construction projects in our country have been realized mainly through manual statistics, paper materials submitted and declared, so the work efficiency is low, the inquiry is inaccurate and the phenomenon of not being timely has always existed.Unable to meet the challenges of the new environment.At the same time, the traditional supervision mode and supervision and management personnel are limited, the information exchange between the units involved in the construction and the departments in charge of supervision is delayed and barrier, which can not achieve the function of timely information sharing.Different project leaders and participating units have a lack of overall understanding of the quality of the project, and the quality supervision of the project should exist in the whole process of the project construction.Therefore, it is the demand of the industry and times to use the new information technology in charge of engineering quality supervision to solve the existing problems.By analyzing the research background and the development situation at home and abroad, this paper confirms the main goal of the system and the main work of the system.In this paper, the object-oriented design and method UML is used as the assistant design tool, through the use of B / S framework and MVC pattern to develop the required requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing a series of processes.The core business of the system is the quality supervision of the project engineering.Among them, the project registration and declaration function realizes the registration examination and approval of the project, the quality supervision function realizes the quality supervision and control in the course of the project, and the supervision and examination table management realizes the effective supervision of the step by step quality supervision station,The completion record management realizes the project completion information record and comprehensive evaluation, and the basic information management realizes the user's information maintenance management.Through the functional and non-functional testing of the system scheme, the system can basically meet the business functions required by the construction project quality supervision process, and improve the work efficiency of the quality supervision work and realize the sharing of information among users.The system research and development of this paper has certain theoretical value and application value.
