【摘要】：隨著高校招生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大以及高校體制改革進(jìn)行,高校的畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)方式也發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的改變�，F(xiàn)在高校學(xué)生的就業(yè)方式已經(jīng)完全轉(zhuǎn)變成自主擇業(yè)方式,但是由于我國(guó)每年的高校畢業(yè)生的數(shù)量眾多以及就業(yè)觀念的影響,很多學(xué)生沒(méi)有找到工作或者是找到了工作又很快的離職。高校為畢業(yè)生提供的機(jī)會(huì)還主要限制在舉辦招聘會(huì)的方式上,如何在企業(yè)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生之間構(gòu)建一個(gè)平臺(tái),能夠使高校的就業(yè)率得到提高,是當(dāng)前需要迫切解決的問(wèn)題。新疆和田師專一直沒(méi)有專門(mén)的就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)幫助學(xué)生獲取招聘信息,因此本文開(kāi)發(fā)了一套專門(mén)針對(duì)和田師專的就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)。本文在研究了就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的背景以及意義后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外的管理模式以及運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,在需求分析過(guò)程中重點(diǎn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能需求、用例需求、非功能需求進(jìn)行了分析。隨后對(duì)就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)的功能模塊、系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。其中重點(diǎn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的表結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)就進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。最后,綜合運(yùn)用JAVA編程語(yǔ)言、SSH框架、AJAX技術(shù)完成了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),同時(shí)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的整體功能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)的前臺(tái)模塊、學(xué)生后臺(tái)模塊、輔導(dǎo)員后臺(tái)模塊、管理員后臺(tái)模塊和用人單位模塊的功能符合預(yù)期,系統(tǒng)在功能上符合用戶實(shí)際需要,數(shù)據(jù)處理快捷、操作方便等特點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的運(yùn)行,從運(yùn)行效果來(lái)看,系統(tǒng)為提高就業(yè)管理水平、改變就業(yè)管理模式、減少就業(yè)部門(mén)的工作強(qiáng)度、提高就業(yè)率等方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college enrollment and the reform of university system, the employment mode of college graduates has changed accordingly.At present, the way of employment of college students has completely changed into the way of self-employment, but because of the large number of college graduates and the influence of the concept of employment every year in our country,Many students fail to find a job or leave quickly after finding a job.The opportunities provided by colleges and universities for graduates are mainly limited in the way of holding job fairs. How to build a platform between enterprises, schools and students, which can improve the employment rate of colleges and universities, is a problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.Xinjiang Hotan Teachers College has no special employment management system to help students obtain employment information, so this paper develops a special employment management system for Hotan Teachers College.After studying the background and significance of the employment management system, this paper analyzes the management mode and running state of the system at home and abroad, and then analyzes the requirement of the system.In the process of requirement analysis, the functional requirements, use case requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.Then the detailed design of the employment management system is carried out, focusing on the system architecture, the system network topology structure, the system function module, the system database design.The function module of the system and the table structure design of the database are described in detail.Finally, the implementation of the system is completed by using JAVA programming language JAVA framework and Ajax technology. At the same time, the whole function of the system is tested.The test results show that the functions of the foreground module, the student background module, the instructor background module, the administrator background module and the employer module are in line with the expectation, the system functions meet the actual needs of the users, and the data processing is fast.Easy operation and other characteristics.After running for a period of time, the system has played an active role in improving the level of employment management, changing the mode of employment management, reducing the working intensity of the employment department and increasing the employment rate.
