【摘要】：隨著成品油需求量的增加,物流配送費(fèi)用的不斷增長,成品油物管理信息化的重要性日益增強(qiáng),加強(qiáng)成品油物流配送管理并優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)成為企業(yè)提升競爭力、節(jié)約成本的重要途徑之一。本文設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)了大慶儲運(yùn)銷售分公司成品油物流管理系統(tǒng),采用IDEF0需求分析方法對成品油物流信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,確定系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo)和總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。結(jié)合成品油供銷總站的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)情況,依照實(shí)用、靈活、安全的原則,對成品油物流信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì),并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試、上線應(yīng)用,成品油物流管理系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、配送管理、視頻管理、調(diào)度指揮、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、系統(tǒng)管理等功能,并且成功應(yīng)用到生產(chǎn)中。大慶儲運(yùn)銷售公司成品油物流管理信息系統(tǒng)的建立,優(yōu)化了成品油配送業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高了配送管理水平,提升精細(xì)化及配送的監(jiān)控力度,有效降低了運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用,杜絕了配送環(huán)節(jié)的跑冒滴漏現(xiàn)象,實(shí)現(xiàn)了成品油物流配送的科學(xué)、有效管理。
[Abstract]:With the increase of refined oil demand, increasing the cost of logistics and distribution, the importance of refined oil management informatization is increasingly enhanced, to strengthen the oil logistics management and optimization of the existing system has become one of the important ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, to save the cost. In this paper, the design and development of the Daqing transportation sales company of refined oil logistics management system. The IDEF0 demand analysis method to analyze the information system for refined oil logistics, to determine the system's performance indicators and overall design. Combined with the actual business situation, refined oil supply and marketing Station in accordance with the practical, flexible, safe principle, overall planning and design of information system for refined oil logistics, and the system on-line application test. Refined oil logistics management system can achieve data acquisition, distribution management, video management, scheduling, data base management, system management. Can, and successfully applied to the production. The establishment of the Daqing transportation sales company of refined oil logistics management information system, optimize the distribution of refined oil business processes, improve the distribution management level, enhance monitoring efforts and meticulous delivery, reduce transportation costs, eliminate the leakage phenomenon in the distribution process, the implementation of refined oil logistics the distribution of scientific and effective management.
