基于3D打印技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與模具設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)

【摘要】:在"中國(guó)制造2025"背景下,制造業(yè)對(duì)3D打印技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才需求非常龐大。從職業(yè)教育角度分析了目前3D打印技術(shù)應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出將3D打印技術(shù)融入傳統(tǒng)制造類專業(yè)的實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué),讓學(xué)生在面向生產(chǎn)、面向制造的職業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練中學(xué)習(xí)3D打印技術(shù)并應(yīng)用于解決生產(chǎn)實(shí)際問(wèn)題。以融入3D打印技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與模具設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)為例闡述了上述方案的實(shí)施。實(shí)踐證明實(shí)訓(xùn)與企業(yè)崗位需求相結(jié)合,對(duì)于培養(yǎng)具有3D打印技術(shù)又能應(yīng)用于專業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域的復(fù)合型應(yīng)用人才具有積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "made in China 2025", there is a huge demand for 3D printing technology applied talents in manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of 3D printing technology in practical teaching from the point of view of vocational education. Aiming at these problems, it proposes to integrate 3D printing technology into the practical teaching of traditional manufacturing specialty, so that students can face production.Learning 3D printing technology in manufacturing-oriented vocational skill training and applying it to solve practical production problems.Taking the practice teaching of product development and mold design with 3D printing technology as an example, the implementation of the above scheme is expounded.It has been proved by practice that the combination of practical training and the demand of enterprise post has a positive effect on the cultivation of compound talents with 3D printing technology and can be applied in the field of professional manufacturing.
