【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)Meta分析的反復更新及累積Meta分析在重復檢驗的條件下會改變統(tǒng)計分析結果的穩(wěn)健性。此外,傳統(tǒng)Meta分析缺少對樣本量的估計。而試驗序貫分析(trial sequential analysis,TSA)將成組序貫設計原理引入Meta分析來調整隨機誤差,并最終估算出系統(tǒng)評價/Meta分析所需的樣本量。TSA在Meta分析中目前主要由TSA軟件來完成。本文結合實例介紹TSA軟件在Meta分析中的應用。
[Abstract]:The repeated updating of traditional Meta analysis and cumulative Meta analysis will change the robustness of statistical analysis results under the condition of repeated test.In addition, the traditional Meta analysis lacks the estimation of sample size.Trial sequential analysis (TSA) introduces the principle of group sequential design into Meta analysis to adjust the random error, and finally estimates the sample size. TSA is mainly completed by TSA software in Meta analysis.This paper introduces the application of TSA software in Meta analysis.
