【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,其已經(jīng)在自然災(zāi)害、公共突發(fā)事件預(yù)警和管理中得到了普及和應(yīng)用,構(gòu)建突發(fā)事件預(yù)警信息發(fā)布管理平臺(tái)已經(jīng)成為公共事件應(yīng)急保障信息化的重要組成部分,對(duì)人們的生活安定和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全具有重要的影響,對(duì)政府突發(fā)事件管理的重要意義,是一項(xiàng)重要的信息化工程。首先,對(duì)課題的研究背景進(jìn)行的闡述,點(diǎn)出了本課題的研究意義,就課題國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研分析,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)所存在不足,明確了課題研究方向,其次,本文介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的核心技術(shù),分別是J2EE框架、Tomcat服務(wù)技術(shù)、MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、JavaBean數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問組件技術(shù),上述技術(shù)是課題設(shè)計(jì)的核心技術(shù),通過充分的學(xué)習(xí)為下面系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),接著,本文分析了突發(fā)公共事件預(yù)警信息管理的可行性,通過對(duì)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、資金、社會(huì)價(jià)值等方面進(jìn)行探討課題的可行性,同時(shí)使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程統(tǒng)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的主要功能,繼而,課題就系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了闡述,同時(shí)使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),通過使用E-R圖、算法流程圖、數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系表等方式闡述了各個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)。然后,本文介紹了突發(fā)公共事件的實(shí)現(xiàn)工具和環(huán)境,描述了系統(tǒng)層次處理的核心實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)容,同時(shí)介紹了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問類型,同時(shí)給出了相關(guān)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)管理功能和實(shí)現(xiàn)界面。最后,本文通過系統(tǒng)測(cè)試驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和易用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology, it has been popularized and applied in the early warning and management of natural disasters and public emergencies.The construction of emergency warning information release management platform has become an important part of the information of public emergency protection, which has an important impact on people's life stability and property security, and is of great significance to the government emergency management.It is an important information project.First of all, the research background of the project is expounded, the research significance of this topic is pointed out, the status quo of the development of the subject at home and abroad is investigated and analyzed, the shortcomings of the current existing system are summarized, the research direction of the subject is clear, and secondly,This paper introduces the core technologies of system design and implementation, which are J2EE framework, Tomcat service technology, MySQL database technology and JavaBean database access component technology. The above technology is the core technology of the project design.Through the full study for the following system design and implementation laid a solid foundation, and then, this paper analyzes the feasibility of emergency early warning information management, through the system technology, funds,At the same time, the main functions of the system are analyzed by using structured process. Then, the design of the system is expounded, and the system function is designed in detail by using structured process technology.By using E-R diagram, algorithm flow chart, data relation table and so on, the design of each function module and database are expounded.Then, this paper introduces the implementation tools and environment of public emergencies, describes the core implementation content of system hierarchy processing, and introduces the access type of system database.At the same time, the related logical service management function and the realization interface are given.Finally, the stability and ease of use of the system are verified by system test.
