【摘要】：由于近些年來國家對于教育的投入加大,對于高校的發(fā)展也越來越支持,所以學校的科研、教學設(shè)備逐漸增多。設(shè)備數(shù)量增加的同時,給學校設(shè)備的管理帶來了一定的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)的人工管理登記已然不能跟上時代進步的步伐。此外,在設(shè)備資源增加的同時,如何利用好有限的資源設(shè)備,充分發(fā)揮科研教學設(shè)備的價值是一個值得深思的問題。面對以上問題給高校設(shè)備管理帶來的挑戰(zhàn),迫切需要可行的解決方案來應(yīng)對設(shè)備管理效率和設(shè)備利用率等問題。如何利用當前的一些信息化管理技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)為設(shè)備管理服務(wù)成為新的解決思路。為此,針對鞍山師范學院設(shè)備管理,本文嘗試利用信息化管理技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)對設(shè)備管理進行升級,設(shè)計一個集設(shè)備信息化管理和部分數(shù)據(jù)分析功能的設(shè)備信息管理系統(tǒng)。論文從設(shè)備管理的應(yīng)用背景出發(fā),分析需求之后實際實現(xiàn)了一個鞍山師范學院設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)。文章首先對設(shè)備管理面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行分析,從當前面對的設(shè)備管理效率和設(shè)備有效利用等問題出發(fā),結(jié)合當前的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和未來發(fā)展趨勢,分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目標。然后結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的一些技術(shù)概念,對系統(tǒng)進行需求分析,從需求分析中總結(jié)設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)所需要的功能模塊,其中涵蓋了系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、設(shè)備資源管理、設(shè)備使用管理、設(shè)備日常管理以及設(shè)備使用數(shù)據(jù)分析。需求分析之后通過系統(tǒng)設(shè)計對五個主要模塊進行詳細設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),經(jīng)過測試之后論文最后實現(xiàn)了鞍山師范學院設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)將能有效提高設(shè)備的管理效率和設(shè)備的使用價值,具有一定的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national investment in education is increasing, and the development of colleges and universities is more and more supportive, so the scientific research and teaching equipment are increasing gradually.With the increase of the number of equipments, it brings some challenges to the management of school equipment, and the traditional manual management registration can not keep up with the progress of the times.In addition, how to make full use of limited resources and give full play to the value of scientific research teaching equipment is a problem worth pondering.In the face of the challenges brought by the above problems to the equipment management in colleges and universities, feasible solutions are urgently needed to deal with the problems such as the efficiency of equipment management and the utilization rate of equipment.How to use some current information management technology and data analysis technology to serve equipment management has become a new solution.Therefore, aiming at the equipment management of Anshan normal University, this paper attempts to upgrade the equipment management by using the information management technology and the data analysis technology, and designs a equipment information management system which integrates the equipment information management and some data analysis functions.Based on the application background of equipment management, a practical equipment management system of Anshan normal University is realized after analyzing the demand.In this paper, the challenges of equipment management are analyzed, and the design objectives of the system are analyzed based on the current problems of equipment management efficiency and effective utilization of equipment, combined with the current application situation and the future development trend.Then combined with some existing technical concepts, the requirement analysis of the system is carried out, and the functional modules required by the equipment management system are summarized from the requirement analysis, which covers the system setup, equipment resource management, equipment usage management,Equipment daily management and equipment usage data analysis.After requirement analysis, five main modules are designed and implemented in detail through system design. After testing, the equipment management system of Anshan normal College is implemented.The system can effectively improve the equipment management efficiency and equipment use value, has certain promotion value.
