【摘要】：21世紀(jì)之后經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,而房地產(chǎn)成為建設(shè)鏈的排頭兵,包括投資科研、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、前期準(zhǔn)備、招投標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目銷售、物業(yè)管理等。綜合我國規(guī)模較大的地產(chǎn)公司,比如萬達(dá)集團(tuán)、上海陸家嘴集團(tuán)以及廣州時(shí)代地產(chǎn)等典型大型房地產(chǎn)公司,均已架構(gòu)適應(yīng)當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+發(fā)展的信息化辦公系統(tǒng),地產(chǎn)公司整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程、用戶管理全部采用信息化手段。順發(fā)恒業(yè)股份公司在追求地產(chǎn)公司效益最大化的同時(shí),逐步發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)的管理模式下所暴露出來的問題。因此,利用先進(jìn)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,開發(fā)了順發(fā)恒業(yè)協(xié)同管理(OA)系統(tǒng)。本論文從當(dāng)前典型大型房地產(chǎn)公司調(diào)研出發(fā),通過對順發(fā)恒業(yè)公司進(jìn)行各類需求分析,結(jié)合其公司實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容概括,并探討當(dāng)前協(xié)同管理平臺(tái)在該公司的具體使用意義,同時(shí)也概括闡述了在架構(gòu)過程中涉及到的技術(shù)與方法。論文結(jié)合當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的熱點(diǎn)提出了辦公平臺(tái)的具體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),通過前期公司調(diào)研需求分析,進(jìn)而規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、用例圖和概念圖,并依次設(shè)計(jì)了詳盡的案例描述;在整個(gè)操作流程過程中,筆者對開發(fā)進(jìn)行了總體規(guī)劃,進(jìn)而給出了模塊功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖、順序圖和解決流程圖。本系統(tǒng)通過平臺(tái)的測試和試運(yùn)行,已經(jīng)正式開始使用,借助計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)公司管理流程的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,將大大擴(kuò)展了公司管理的靈活性。在文章的結(jié)尾之處,筆者對整個(gè)研究過程進(jìn)行了提升概括,也闡述了諸多存在的問題,對今后的開發(fā)應(yīng)用提出了新的建議。
[Abstract]:After the 21st century, the economy developed rapidly, and real estate became the vanguard of the construction chain, including investment research, project establishment, early preparation, bidding, project sales, property management and so on. For example, Wanda Group, Shanghai Lujiazui Group, Guangzhou Times Real Estate and other typical large real estate companies have all set up an information-based office system adapted to the current development of the Internet, and the entire business process of the real estate company. While pursuing the maximum benefit of the real estate company, we gradually discover the problems exposed under the traditional management mode. Based on the advanced Internet technology and the actual situation of the enterprise, the cooperative management system of Shunfa Hengye is developed. Based on the investigation and investigation of typical large real estate companies, this paper analyzes the demand of Shunfa Hengye Company. According to the actual situation of the company, the design content is summarized, and the significance of using the current collaborative management platform in the company is discussed. At the same time, it also summarizes the technology and methods involved in the construction process. Combining with the current hot spots of the Internet, the paper puts forward the specific design objectives of the office platform, through the pre-company research needs analysis, and then plans and designs the business flow chart. Use case diagram and concept diagram, and design a detailed case description in turn. In the whole operation process, the author has carried on the overall plan to the development, then has given the module function structure diagram, Sequence diagram and solution flowchart. The system has been formally used through the testing and trial running of the platform. With the help of computer technology, the network of the company's management process has been realized. At the end of the article, the author has carried on the promotion to the entire research process, also elaborated many existing problems, proposed the new suggestion to the future development and application.
