【摘要】：21世紀之后經濟快速發(fā)展,而房地產成為建設鏈的排頭兵,包括投資科研、項目立項、前期準備、招投標、項目銷售、物業(yè)管理等。綜合我國規(guī)模較大的地產公司,比如萬達集團、上海陸家嘴集團以及廣州時代地產等典型大型房地產公司,均已架構適應當前互聯網+發(fā)展的信息化辦公系統(tǒng),地產公司整個業(yè)務流程、用戶管理全部采用信息化手段。順發(fā)恒業(yè)股份公司在追求地產公司效益最大化的同時,逐步發(fā)現傳統(tǒng)的管理模式下所暴露出來的問題。因此,利用先進的互聯網技術結合企業(yè)實際情況,開發(fā)了順發(fā)恒業(yè)協同管理(OA)系統(tǒng)。本論文從當前典型大型房地產公司調研出發(fā),通過對順發(fā)恒業(yè)公司進行各類需求分析,結合其公司實際情況設計內容概括,并探討當前協同管理平臺在該公司的具體使用意義,同時也概括闡述了在架構過程中涉及到的技術與方法。論文結合當前互聯網+的熱點提出了辦公平臺的具體設計目標,通過前期公司調研需求分析,進而規(guī)劃設計業(yè)務流程圖、用例圖和概念圖,并依次設計了詳盡的案例描述;在整個操作流程過程中,筆者對開發(fā)進行了總體規(guī)劃,進而給出了模塊功能結構圖、順序圖和解決流程圖。本系統(tǒng)通過平臺的測試和試運行,已經正式開始使用,借助計算機技術實現公司管理流程的網絡化,將大大擴展了公司管理的靈活性。在文章的結尾之處,筆者對整個研究過程進行了提升概括,也闡述了諸多存在的問題,對今后的開發(fā)應用提出了新的建議。
[Abstract]:After the 21st century, the economy developed rapidly, and real estate became the vanguard of the construction chain, including investment research, project establishment, early preparation, bidding, project sales, property management and so on. For example, Wanda Group, Shanghai Lujiazui Group, Guangzhou Times Real Estate and other typical large real estate companies have all set up an information-based office system adapted to the current development of the Internet, and the entire business process of the real estate company. While pursuing the maximum benefit of the real estate company, we gradually discover the problems exposed under the traditional management mode. Based on the advanced Internet technology and the actual situation of the enterprise, the cooperative management system of Shunfa Hengye is developed. Based on the investigation and investigation of typical large real estate companies, this paper analyzes the demand of Shunfa Hengye Company. According to the actual situation of the company, the design content is summarized, and the significance of using the current collaborative management platform in the company is discussed. At the same time, it also summarizes the technology and methods involved in the construction process. Combining with the current hot spots of the Internet, the paper puts forward the specific design objectives of the office platform, through the pre-company research needs analysis, and then plans and designs the business flow chart. Use case diagram and concept diagram, and design a detailed case description in turn. In the whole operation process, the author has carried on the overall plan to the development, then has given the module function structure diagram, Sequence diagram and solution flowchart. The system has been formally used through the testing and trial running of the platform. With the help of computer technology, the network of the company's management process has been realized. At the end of the article, the author has carried on the promotion to the entire research process, also elaborated many existing problems, proposed the new suggestion to the future development and application.
