【摘要】：當(dāng)今時代,計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)有了極大的發(fā)展,企業(yè)管理方式也在時刻發(fā)生著變化,企業(yè)管理應(yīng)將計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。鄂爾多斯金牛公司財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)是對公司的財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行實(shí)時監(jiān)督并且做出合理規(guī)劃的非常高效的管理系統(tǒng),確保公司財(cái)務(wù)管理的規(guī)范化使得公司財(cái)務(wù)能夠有效良好的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),而財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層提供公司有效、及時、準(zhǔn)確且全面的財(cái)務(wù)信息使得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層能夠及時做出合理的決策并且更為方便的管理公司。通過對鄂爾多斯金牛公司財(cái)務(wù)管理軟件的調(diào)查,對該系統(tǒng)的功能方面做出詳細(xì)的需求分析,給出系統(tǒng)用例圖,并在此基礎(chǔ)上使用UML技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的需求分析。本文主要完成的工作:首先,調(diào)查研究國內(nèi)外企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理軟件的現(xiàn)狀,對鄂爾多斯金牛公司財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的背景進(jìn)行介紹。其次,結(jié)合實(shí)際通過對財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的研究對用戶進(jìn)行分類。其后,為系統(tǒng)的整體實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)功能詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)并且進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)開發(fā)代碼實(shí)現(xiàn),對主要模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行簡要介紹。最后,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)測試,測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)界面友好、可靠性強(qiáng)、穩(wěn)定性良好,基本達(dá)到了鄂爾多斯金牛公司軟件設(shè)計(jì)要求。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)基于Java EE技術(shù),采用MVC架構(gòu),使用My SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫。鄂爾多斯金牛公司財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)主要包含七個模塊:個人事務(wù)管理模塊,個人設(shè)置管理模塊,憑證管理模塊,賬簿管理模塊,財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表模塊,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置模塊和發(fā)票管理模塊。本系統(tǒng)具有較好的理論意義和使用價值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the great development of computer technology and network technology, the mode of enterprise management is also changing. Enterprise management should apply computer technology to relevant fields.The financial management system of Ordos Taurus Company is a very efficient management system which can supervise and plan the financial situation of the company in real time. It ensures that the standardization of the financial management of the company enables the company to run the company's financial affairs effectively and well.The financial management system provides effective, timely, accurate and comprehensive financial information for the leadership to make reasonable decisions in time and more convenient to manage the company.Through the investigation of the financial management software of Ordos Taurus Company, this paper makes a detailed demand analysis on the function of the system, and gives the system use case diagram, and on this basis, uses UML technology to carry on the detailed demand analysis to the system.The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the present situation of enterprise financial management software at home and abroad is investigated, and the background of the development and design of financial management system of Ordos Taurus Company is introduced.Secondly, combined with the actual financial management system through the study of the classification of users.Then, the system overall design, the system function detailed design, the system realization environment design, the database design and the system development code realization are carried out for the whole system realization, the main module realization is introduced briefly.Finally, the test results show that the system has friendly interface, strong reliability and good stability, which basically meets the software design requirements of Ordos Jinniu Company.The development of the system is based on Java EE technology, using MVC architecture and my SQL database.The financial management system of Ordos Taurus Company mainly includes seven modules: personal affairs management module, personal setup management module, voucher management module, account management module, financial report module, basic setup module and invoice management module.The system has good theoretical significance and use value.
