【摘要】：為了提高立體視覺方法的測量精度,提出一種極線約束修正數(shù)字圖像相關(DIC)匹配的立體視覺測量方法。該方法通過DIC方法獲得立體匹配的初值,應用極線約束對匹配計算結(jié)果進行修正,取位于右極線上距DIC匹配結(jié)果最近的點作為新的匹配點,并將該種匹配修正方法推廣到右圖像時序匹配。在材料實驗機上完成304不銹鋼試件單向拉伸實驗,以引伸計的測量結(jié)果為真值,對比極線約束修正前后的雙目立體視覺的測量誤差。實驗結(jié)果表明,極線約束修正以后,雙目立體視覺測量誤差的最大值、平均值及均方值均減小,說明極線約束修正后的匹配方法可以提高立體視覺方法的測量精度。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the measurement accuracy of stereo vision method, a stereo vision measurement method based on DIC-matching with pole line constraint correction digital image is proposed.In this method, the initial values of stereo matching are obtained by DIC method, and the matching results are modified by pole line constraints. The nearest point to the DIC matching result on the right pole line is taken as the new matching point.This method is extended to the right image timing matching.The uniaxial tensile test of 304 stainless steel specimen was carried out on the material experiment machine. The measuring error of binocular stereo vision before and after the correction of pole line constraint was compared with the true value of the measuring result of extensometer.The experimental results show that the maximum value, mean value and mean square value of binocular stereo vision measurement error decrease after pole line constraint correction, which indicates that the matching method with pole line constraint correction can improve the measurement accuracy of stereo vision method.
