【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,天津農(nóng)行由于不重視原因出現(xiàn)了使用設(shè)備來(lái)源和處置方法模糊的現(xiàn)象,對(duì)于設(shè)備的租借沒(méi)有很好查詢清單的問(wèn)題,造成銀行資產(chǎn)丟失后不能有效的查出根本原因,由于在資產(chǎn)上的各種不規(guī)范使得銀行在效益上不能得到提升,而且還會(huì)伴隨著情況更加惡化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),長(zhǎng)此以往,使得銀行失去活力,更是不能讓其它業(yè)務(wù)更好的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。為此,天津農(nóng)行需要設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)IT(information technology)資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。本文在充分調(diào)研了天津農(nóng)行IT資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了系統(tǒng)的需求,采用面向?qū)ο蟮姆治雠c設(shè)計(jì)方法分析、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)了天津農(nóng)行IT資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。天津IT資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)基于B/S架構(gòu),用到MVC框架結(jié)構(gòu),采用Struts、Hibernate、Spring、JSP和JavaScript等技術(shù),使得系統(tǒng)更加簡(jiǎn)潔,維護(hù)比較方便。同時(shí)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上采用了現(xiàn)在比較常用的Oracle11g,雖然操作比較復(fù)雜,但是能夠存儲(chǔ)大量的數(shù)據(jù),比較適合天津農(nóng)行IT資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的需要。天津IT資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了六個(gè)功能:IT設(shè)備信息登記、IT設(shè)備流轉(zhuǎn)、設(shè)備分發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)查詢和統(tǒng)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)管理、數(shù)據(jù)字典維護(hù)。其中IT設(shè)備信息登記實(shí)現(xiàn)了新增設(shè)備管理、設(shè)備信息修改管理、維護(hù)與升級(jí)管理、責(zé)任人變更管理;IT設(shè)備流轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)設(shè)備租借等情況進(jìn)行操作;設(shè)備分發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備分發(fā)的增刪改查等操作;數(shù)據(jù)查詢和統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)設(shè)備或者是責(zé)任人等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì);系統(tǒng)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)管理員操作員等進(jìn)行操作;數(shù)據(jù)字典維護(hù)實(shí)現(xiàn)在設(shè)備等出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)進(jìn)行升級(jí)或維護(hù)。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行后比較適合天津農(nóng)行的當(dāng)前需求,系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化了原有的資產(chǎn)管理機(jī)制,提高了整個(gè)銀行的IT資產(chǎn)管理效率,有利于促進(jìn)天津農(nóng)行信息的傳遞和智能化管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, due to the lack of attention to the problem, the Tianjin Agricultural Bank has appeared the phenomenon of using the equipment source and disposal method vaguely, and there is no very good query list for the equipment lease. After the loss of bank assets, the root causes cannot be effectively identified. Because of various irregularities in assets, banks cannot improve their efficiency, and it will be accompanied by the risk of further deterioration of the situation. In the long run, It makes the bank lose vitality, and it can't make other businesses run better. Therefore, Tianjin Agricultural Bank needs to design and implement the IT(information technology asset management system. This paper has fully investigated the IT asset management business of Tianjin Agricultural Bank. The requirement of the system is put forward, and the object oriented analysis and design method are used to design and implement the IT asset management system of Tianjin Agricultural Bank. The IT asset management system of Tianjin is based on B / S architecture, using MVC framework, using Struts and hibernate Spring JSP and JavaScript, etc. It makes the system more concise and easy to maintain. At the same time, it uses Oracle 11g, which is now commonly used in the database, although the operation is more complex, but it can store a lot of data. It is more suitable for the IT asset management system of Tianjin Agricultural Bank. Tianjin IT Asset Management system has implemented six functions: information registration of IT equipment, equipment distribution, data query and statistics, system management. Data dictionary maintenance. It equipment information registration realizes the new equipment management, the equipment information modification management, the maintenance and upgrade management, the responsible person change management, the IT equipment circulation realizes the equipment leasing and so on. Equipment distribution realizes the operations such as adding, deleting and checking equipment distribution; data query and statistics realize the statistics of equipment or responsible person; system management realizes the operation of administrator operators and so on; Data dictionary maintenance realizes upgrading or maintenance in case of equipment failure. After running, the system is more suitable for the current requirements of Tianjin Agricultural Bank. The system optimizes the original asset management mechanism and improves the efficiency of IT asset management of the whole bank. It is helpful to promote the information transmission and intelligent management of Agricultural Bank of Tianjin.
