【摘要】：近來來信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)得以在各大學(xué)中得到普遍使用,這極大地提高了學(xué)校管理的效率。然而,現(xiàn)在的學(xué)生成績管理系統(tǒng)往往只有儲(chǔ)存、查詢等簡單的功能,使得數(shù)據(jù)的背后暗藏的價(jià)值得不到有效利用。學(xué)校多年來積累了大量的考試數(shù)據(jù),如何使用系統(tǒng)中存儲(chǔ)的學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù),得到對(duì)學(xué)校有用的信息,成為了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。文章使用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),通過對(duì)近兩年全校的《統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)》課程成績數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,以期挖掘出有價(jià)值的信息,為任課老師的教學(xué)和學(xué)生們的自我成績提高提供建議。本文介紹了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的概念,其中重點(diǎn)介紹了 K-Means算法和Apriori算法,并將這兩種算法應(yīng)用到成績的分析中。本文數(shù)據(jù)源是天津財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)全校本科生近兩年的《統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)》的課程成績,以此為基礎(chǔ)研究與學(xué)生成績相關(guān)的信息。對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了預(yù)處理,并根據(jù)相關(guān)教材把兩年的試題按知識(shí)點(diǎn)所屬章節(jié)生成了統(tǒng)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、時(shí)間序列、指數(shù)分析四個(gè)新的指標(biāo)。同時(shí)由于關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析的需要,對(duì)兩年試題中的新生產(chǎn)的四個(gè)指標(biāo)和學(xué)生總成績進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)離散化。隨后對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì),按照性別的分?jǐn)?shù)差異、各任課教師的分?jǐn)?shù)差異、各題型的分?jǐn)?shù)差異以及各學(xué)院的分?jǐn)?shù)差異進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和相關(guān)分析,使得對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)有了大概的了解。之后應(yīng)用了 K-Means算法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行聚類,把不同學(xué)生按成績分成了五類,根據(jù)每類學(xué)生的不同情況提出了不同的指導(dǎo)意見。應(yīng)用Apriori算法進(jìn)一步分析系別,性別和總成績,各科成績的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,得出了各個(gè)因素的相關(guān)規(guī)則,并提出了要重視統(tǒng)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)部分知識(shí)的建議。
[Abstract]:Recent developments in information technology have led to the widespread use of student information management systems in universities, which has greatly improved the efficiency of school management. Simple functions such as query make the hidden value behind the data not effectively utilized. Over the years, the school has accumulated a large amount of test data, how to use the student data stored in the system to get useful information for the school. This article uses data mining technology to analyze the data of the whole school's course scores in the past two years, in order to find out the valuable information. This paper introduces the concept of data mining technology, including K-Means algorithm and Apriori algorithm. The data source of this paper is the course scores of Statistics for the undergraduate students of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics in the past two years. On this basis, we study the information related to the students' achievement. We preprocess the raw data, and according to the relevant textbooks, we generate the statistical basis, mathematical statistics, time series according to the chapters of the knowledge points. At the same time, because of the need of association rule analysis, the data of the four newly produced indexes and the total scores of students in the two years' test are discretized. Then, the data are analyzed by descriptive statistics. According to the gender score difference, the teacher's score difference, the question type score difference as well as the each college score difference has carried on the descriptive statistics and the correlation analysis. So that we have a general understanding of the data. Then we use the K-Means algorithm to cluster the data and divide different students into five categories according to their grades. According to the different situations of each kind of students, different guidance is put forward. The correlation rules of each factor are obtained by applying Apriori algorithm to further analyze the association rules of the department, gender and total score, and the results of each subject. Some suggestions are put forward to pay more attention to the basic knowledge of statistics.
