【摘要】：數(shù)字孿生技術(shù)被認(rèn)為是實(shí)現(xiàn)信息物理系統(tǒng)的核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù),作為數(shù)字孿生技術(shù)在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程具體應(yīng)用的產(chǎn)品數(shù)字孿生體,目前其研究尚處于探索階段,研究成果相對(duì)較少且缺乏系統(tǒng)性。為此首先回顧了數(shù)字孿生體的產(chǎn)生背景,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了數(shù)字孿生技術(shù)的概念,然后對(duì)產(chǎn)品數(shù)字孿生體的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,建立了產(chǎn)品數(shù)字孿生體的體系結(jié)構(gòu),并給出了產(chǎn)品數(shù)字孿生體在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)階段、制造階段和服務(wù)階段的實(shí)施途徑,最后指出了產(chǎn)品數(shù)字孿生體的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Digital twinning technology is regarded as the key technology to realize the information physics system. As the digital twinning technology applied in the process of product research and development, the research of digital twinning technology is still in the exploration stage.The research results are relatively few and lack of systematization.In this paper, the background of digital twinning is reviewed, and the concept of digital twinning is put forward, then the connotation of digital twinning is expounded systematically, and the system structure of digital twinning is established.The ways of implementing digital twinning in product design, manufacturing and service are given. Finally, the developing trend of digital twin is pointed out.
