【摘要】：本文關(guān)注高校圖書館座位預約問題,以本館座位預約情況為參照,提出四個自適應控制的有效措施:反思圖書館預約座位存在的問題;圖書館自覺改善預約系統(tǒng)條件;抓好讀者源頭的教育培訓工作;構(gòu)建提升讀者行為自覺的激勵機制:以愛為感召力、關(guān)注讀者內(nèi)心需求,調(diào)動多方力量輔助控制讀者不自覺行為,樹立榜樣的示范作用,以"親情化"促責任感等。以此讓自我任性的90后讀者自覺適應圖書館座位預約的要求,從而提升圖書館的服務工作。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the problem of seat reservation in university library, and puts forward four effective measures of adaptive control according to the situation of seat reservation in library: reflecting on the problems existing in the reservation of seat in library, improving the condition of reservation system consciously;Grasping the education and training work of readers' source, constructing the incentive mechanism of promoting readers' behavior consciousness: taking love as the inspiration, paying attention to the readers' inner needs, mobilizing various forces to assist in controlling the readers' unconscious behavior, setting an example of the role of setting an example.To promote the sense of responsibility with "kinship".In this way, the self-willful post-90s readers can adapt themselves to the requirements of the library seat reservation and improve the library service.
