脾虛舌象識別的圖像特征提取優(yōu)化算法研究

【摘要】:舌診歷來就是傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)四診中關(guān)于 望診‖的一種重要方式,沿用至今都有重大的醫(yī)學(xué)參考價值。大量研究表明,齒痕舌作為一種脾虛癥狀的異常舌態(tài),其呈現(xiàn)的形體特征,往往與正常舌體有很大區(qū)別,而正是這些區(qū)別預(yù)示著某種病癥。傳統(tǒng)的舌診診斷結(jié)果,大多數(shù)是依賴于中醫(yī)專家的主觀判斷,診斷結(jié)果必然會受到外界環(huán)境的干擾且往往不具有可重復(fù)性。本課題—脾虛舌象識別的圖像特征提取優(yōu)化算法研究,就是針對上述情況而設(shè)立的。本課題是以齒痕舌象為切入點,通過提出一些改進算法和分析方法來分割出正確的齒痕舌體及對其相關(guān)特征進行分析,主要包括利用基于閾值、區(qū)域和邊緣檢測的算法對齒痕舌像進行分割、利用灰度投影法實現(xiàn)舌像粗分割、對比度增強、利用改進的控制標(biāo)記符分水嶺算法實現(xiàn)齒痕舌像較好分割;結(jié)合B樣條小波變換和Canny邊緣檢測算子提取齒痕舌體的邊緣信息、采取優(yōu)化Snakes模型實現(xiàn)舌像分割;對舌象形體、直方圖、顏色特征進行提取分析,利用圓形度參數(shù)及顏色特征對齒痕舌的劇烈程度進行了判別并劃分了脾虛癥狀的嚴(yán)重程度。實驗結(jié)果表明,通過改進的算法能實現(xiàn)齒痕舌像的較好分割,在舌體分割的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合舌像特點及中醫(yī)有關(guān)于舌診的理論,給出了幾組常見的齒痕舌特征參數(shù),針對最具有代表齒痕舌意義的圓形度參數(shù)及顏色特征進行了定量提取與分析,利用得到的特征參數(shù)能夠?qū)X痕舌的劇烈程度進行有效表征及用于劃分脾虛癥狀的嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Tongue diagnosis has always been an important way of looking for diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, which has great medical reference value up to now. A large number of studies have shown that as an abnormal tongue state of spleen deficiency symptom, tooth mark tongue presents its physical characteristics. It is often quite different from the normal body of the tongue, and it is these differences that indicate a disease. The traditional diagnosis of the tongue depends mostly on the subjective judgment of the TCM expert. The diagnosis results will inevitably be disturbed by the external environment and will not be repeatable. This subject is based on the tongue image of the tooth mark, and proposes some improved algorithms and analysis methods to segment the correct tongue body of the mark and analyze its relevant features, including the use of threshold value. The algorithm of region and edge detection is used to segment the tongue image of the tooth mark, the coarse segmentation of the tongue image is realized by the gray projection method, the contrast is enhanced, and the improved watershed algorithm of the control marker is used to realize the better segmentation of the tongue image of the tooth mark. Combined with B-spline wavelet transform and Canny edge detection operator to extract the edge information of the tongue body, adopt the optimized Snakes model to realize the tongue image segmentation, extract and analyze the shape, histogram and color feature of the tongue image. The roundness parameters and color characteristics are used to distinguish the severity of the tongue with tooth marks and the severity of the symptoms of spleen deficiency is divided. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can achieve better segmentation of the tongue image of the teeth mark, based on the segmentation of the tongue body. Combined with the characteristics of tongue image and the theory of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, some common tongue characteristic parameters of tooth mark are given, and quantitative extraction and analysis of roundness parameter and color feature, which are most representative of tooth mark tongue, are carried out. The obtained characteristic parameters can be used to characterize the severity of tongue marks and to distinguish the severity of spleen deficiency symptoms.
