葡萄酒莊信息集成管理平臺的研發(fā)

【摘要】:從2002年開始,我國葡萄酒行業(yè)進入了穩(wěn)定快速發(fā)展的階段。除了進口各類檔次的葡萄酒之外,國內(nèi)的葡萄酒行業(yè)也在迅速地崛起。煙臺在2008年獲得了中國葡萄酒原產(chǎn)地的區(qū)域品牌,這是繼昌黎葡萄酒之后,我國第二個葡萄酒原產(chǎn)地區(qū)域。東麓葡萄酒區(qū)坐落在賀蘭山腳下,由黃河沖積平原形成的肥沃土地以充足的光照和合理的日夜溫差,使得寧夏賀蘭山東麓地區(qū)成為了非常適合葡萄種植和葡萄酒釀造的產(chǎn)區(qū)。然而,在葡萄酒莊產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時也存在著一系列問題制約其發(fā)展。但是在葡萄種植方面,還存在著品種單一、種植管理不夠完善、施肥用藥只依靠個人經(jīng)驗、冬季需要壓埋防寒處理等問題。同時在葡萄酒釀造方面,缺乏對釀造過程的科學管理,大部分部分釀造環(huán)節(jié)的具體決斷還在依靠經(jīng)驗來進行判斷。本系統(tǒng)采用了 Struts+Spring+Hibernate框架進行開發(fā),數(shù)據(jù)庫采用開源的關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫MySQL。根據(jù)對酒莊的日常運營需求進行分析,系統(tǒng)包括葡萄酒莊環(huán)境信息、葡萄生長信息、葡萄酒發(fā)酵管理、庫存銷售信息、可視化統(tǒng)計分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置六大模塊。葡萄酒莊環(huán)境信息及葡萄生長信息主要負責記錄葡萄酒莊在日常管理過程中積累的環(huán)境氣象數(shù)據(jù),葡萄酒發(fā)酵管理部分主要負責記錄葡萄酒在發(fā)酵過程中的一些相關(guān)生化指標,以便工作人員能夠合理管控葡萄酒釀造的品質(zhì)。庫存銷售及可視化統(tǒng)計分析主要負責記錄和分析成品葡萄酒在市場上的銷售情況,幫助企業(yè)更好的去調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品本身。在對部分的大數(shù)據(jù)量導入的模塊添加了多種數(shù)據(jù)批量導入的方式,降低使用人員的勞動強度。在統(tǒng)計分析模塊,可以對所采集的歷年數(shù)據(jù)進行可視化圖表展示并通過時間序列分析算法進行葡萄酒銷量情況進行預測。系統(tǒng)管理模塊主要負責對酒莊的員工及各類物資設(shè)備進行登記管理,并對不同的員工授予不同的權(quán)限,保證葡萄酒莊對各個部門能夠進行有效的管理。
[Abstract]:Since 2002, China's wine industry has entered a stage of steady and rapid development. In addition to the import of various grades of wine, The domestic wine industry is also rising rapidly. Yantai gained a regional brand of Chinese wine origin in 2008, following Changli wine. The Eastern Piedmont is located at the foot of Helan Mountain. The fertile land formed by the Yellow River Alluvial Plain is rich in light and reasonable temperature difference between days and nights. This makes the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia a very suitable region for grape planting and wine brewing. However, there are also a series of problems in the development of winery industry at the same time. However, in terms of grape planting, There are still some problems, such as single variety, imperfect planting management, personal experience in fertilization and medication, and cold prevention treatment in winter. At the same time, there is a lack of scientific management of the brewing process in wine brewing. Most of the specific decisions of the brewing link are still judged by experience. This system adopts Struts Spring Hibernate framework to develop, and the database adopts the open source relational database MySQL. according to the daily operation demand of the winery, the author analyzes the demand of the winery. The system includes winery environmental information, grape growth information, wine fermentation management, inventory sales information, visual statistical analysis, Six modules are set up in the system. The environmental information and grape growth information of winery are mainly responsible for recording the environmental meteorological data accumulated during the daily management of the winery. The wine fermentation management section is mainly responsible for recording some related biochemical indexes of wine during fermentation. So that the staff can reasonably control the quality of wine brewing. Inventory sales and visual statistical analysis are mainly responsible for recording and analyzing the sales of finished wines in the market, and helping enterprises to better adjust the product structure. Optimize the product itself. In the statistical analysis module, we add a lot of data to the module to reduce the labor intensity of the user. The system management module is mainly responsible for the registration and management of the staff and all kinds of materials and equipment in the winery, and the system management module is mainly responsible for the registration and management of the winery staff and all kinds of materials and equipment, and the time series analysis algorithm can be used to predict the wine sales volume.
