【摘要】：在方向梯度直方圖(HOG)聯(lián)合支持向量機(jī)(SVM)算法(HOG-SVM)和Le Net網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型基礎(chǔ)上,提出了HOG與卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(CNN)融合的行人檢測(cè)算法(SVM-Le Net)。采用多尺度滑動(dòng)窗口提取HOG特征并送入SVM分類(lèi)器,根據(jù)后驗(yàn)概率判斷候選區(qū),隨后運(yùn)用CNN算法剔除誤檢窗口。為解決單個(gè)目標(biāo)被多個(gè)候選區(qū)域框定的問(wèn)題,使用非極大值抑制算法(NMS)進(jìn)行多矩形融合,保留檢測(cè)區(qū)域中后驗(yàn)概率最大的窗口抑制與其重疊的檢測(cè)窗口。分類(lèi)過(guò)程中,以候選區(qū)域在SVM和Le Net中后驗(yàn)概率為依據(jù)判斷行人區(qū)域。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,與HOGSVM和Le Net行人檢測(cè)算法相比,該算法在準(zhǔn)確率和召回率上有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In the direction of the gradient histogram (HOG) combined with support vector machine (SVM) algorithm (HOG-SVM) and Le Net network model based on HOG is proposed and the convolutional neural network (CNN) pedestrian detection algorithm fusion (SVM-Le Net). The multi-scale HOG feature extraction and sliding window into the SVM classifier, according to posterior probability judgment the candidate region, then use CNN algorithm to remove the false alarms. In order to solve the problem of single target is frame multiple candidate regions, the use of non maxima suppression algorithm (NMS) for rectangular fusion, keep checking probability maximum window suppression and overlap detection area. In the process of classification, the candidate region in SVM and Le Net in the posterior probability to judge the pedestrian area. The experimental results show that compared with HOGSVM and Le Net pedestrian detection algorithm, this algorithm has obvious advantages in accuracy and recall rate.
