【摘要】：技術(shù)中立論認(rèn)為技術(shù)是人類改造世界的中介和工具,而技術(shù)是非價值中立的,它負(fù)載著人類價值;技術(shù)實(shí)體論認(rèn)為技術(shù)具有獨(dú)立存在的意義,不是依附人類的工具。生物識別技術(shù)等新興技術(shù)的應(yīng)用呈現(xiàn)技術(shù)介入人體、技術(shù)與人一體化的趨勢。技術(shù)介入主體讓人類無法經(jīng)驗(yàn)其存在,此時技術(shù)是不在場的顯現(xiàn),技術(shù)與人的一體化使人成為技術(shù)的背景,也是不在場的顯現(xiàn)。技術(shù)介入主體不僅涉及到對于技術(shù)本體論和認(rèn)識論問題的重新審視,還引發(fā)關(guān)于技術(shù)倫理層面的反思。
[Abstract]:The theory of technology neutrality holds that technology is the intermediary and tool for human beings to transform the world, while technology is non-value neutral, it carries human value, and the theory of technological entity holds that technology has the meaning of independent existence. The application of new technologies, such as biometrics, is showing a trend of technology intervening in the human body and integrating technology with human beings. The subject of technological intervention makes it impossible for human beings to experience its existence, at which time technology is an absent manifestation. The integration of technology and man makes human become the background of technology and also the manifestation of absence. The subject of technology intervention not only involves the re-examination of technology ontology and epistemology, but also leads to a reflection on the ethical aspect of technology.
