本文選題：協(xié)同過(guò)濾　切入點(diǎn)：粒子群算法　出處：《小型微型計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)》2017年03期

【摘要】：在處理大數(shù)據(jù)方面,協(xié)同過(guò)濾算法在用戶相似度計(jì)算方面存在數(shù)據(jù)稀疏性和推薦效果不明顯的問(wèn)題.利用協(xié)同過(guò)濾算法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),引入時(shí)間模型和信任度模型進(jìn)一步過(guò)濾,提高協(xié)同過(guò)濾算法的精確率;同時(shí)采用粒子群算法和分層遺傳算法進(jìn)行混合優(yōu)化,分層遺傳算法可彌補(bǔ)粒子群算法容易陷入局部最優(yōu)的缺陷,粒子群算法可加快混合算法的收斂速度;在Book Crossing數(shù)據(jù)集上做推薦對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明,在得到最近鄰用戶群的基礎(chǔ)上,使用粒子群算法和分層遺傳算法進(jìn)行資源推薦,相比其他資源推薦算法,提高了資源推薦的質(zhì)量.
[Abstract]:In the aspect of processing the large data , the collaborative filtering algorithm has no obvious data sparsity and recommendation effect in the calculation of user similarity . By using the advantages of the collaborative filtering algorithm , the time model and the trust degree model are introduced to further filter , so that the precision rate of the cooperative filtering algorithm can be improved ; meanwhile , the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the hierarchical genetic algorithm are adopted to optimize the convergence speed of the hybrid algorithm .
