【摘要】：近年來(lái),信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展促使醫(yī)院管理工作流程和管理手段發(fā)生革命性改變,各類(lèi)信息管理軟件系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院里得到廣泛應(yīng)用。當(dāng)前醫(yī)院應(yīng)用的軟件系統(tǒng)主要有門(mén)診掛號(hào)系統(tǒng)、入院管理系統(tǒng)、門(mén)診劃價(jià)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)、多媒體導(dǎo)診及患者綜合查詢(xún)系統(tǒng)、住院管理系統(tǒng)和藥品管理系統(tǒng)等,系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用提高了醫(yī)院管理的工作效率,規(guī)范了醫(yī)院工作流程,為患者就醫(yī)提供了較大的便利,但也存在一些不足,這些管理系統(tǒng)功能單一,沒(méi)有很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)資源整合,存在“信息孤島”問(wèn)題。因此,有必要對(duì)現(xiàn)有的管理系統(tǒng)資源進(jìn)行整合和補(bǔ)充,構(gòu)建醫(yī)院信息化管理綜合軟件系統(tǒng)。本文主要針對(duì)SCU校醫(yī)院這個(gè)具體的實(shí)例,分析闡述了醫(yī)院信息化綜合管理軟件系統(tǒng)的研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并就SCU校醫(yī)院信息化管理軟件系統(tǒng)需要使用的相關(guān)工具和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了SCU校醫(yī)院信息化管理系統(tǒng)的需求和系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程。同時(shí),對(duì)醫(yī)院信息化管理綜合軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)分析。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的醫(yī)院信息化綜合管理軟件系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)主要功能有:門(mén)診掛號(hào)管理、劃價(jià)收費(fèi)管理、藥品管理、住院管理、醫(yī)生工作站管理、信息查詢(xún)以及系統(tǒng)管理等。本文詳細(xì)闡述SCU校醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)完成了醫(yī)院主要信息的管理,包括劃價(jià)收費(fèi)、坐診醫(yī)生查詢(xún)和患者掛號(hào)排隊(duì)管理、患者病歷信息,記錄診斷結(jié)論和處方信息等功能的業(yè)務(wù)流程分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的具體方法,通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)醫(yī)療信息的有效跟蹤。論文還在最后對(duì)SCU校醫(yī)院信息化管理軟件系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。本文采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu),采用Visual Studio2008為軟件開(kāi)發(fā)工具,采用SQL Server為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了SCU校醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)。軟件系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用減少了SCU校醫(yī)院的醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作量,規(guī)范了工作流程,提高了工作效率,有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of information technology has led to a revolutionary change in the workflow and means of hospital management, and various kinds of information management software systems have been widely used in hospitals. At present, the main software systems used in hospitals include out-patient registration systems. The application of the admission management system, the outpatient pricing and charging system, the multimedia guided diagnosis and patient comprehensive inquiry system, the hospitalization management system and the drug management system has improved the efficiency of hospital management and standardized the hospital work flow. It provides greater convenience for patients to seek medical treatment, but there are also some shortcomings. These management systems have a single function, do not achieve a good integration of resources, there is a "information island" problem. It is necessary to integrate and supplement the existing management system resources, and to build a comprehensive software system for hospital information management. This paper analyzes and expounds the significance of the research of hospital information integrated management software system, the present research situation at home and abroad, and expounds the relevant tools and technologies that need to be used in the hospital information management software system of SCU school. This paper analyzes the requirements of SCU school hospital information management system and the business process of the system. At the same time, The general design and detailed design analysis of hospital information management software system are carried out. The main functions of this system are: outpatient registration management, pricing and charging management, drug management, etc. This paper describes in detail that the SCU school hospital information management system has completed the management of the main hospital information, including pricing fees, sitting doctor inquiries and patient registration line management, etc. The business process analysis, design and implementation of the functions of patient history information, record diagnosis conclusion and prescription information, Through this system, the effective tracking of medical information can be realized. Finally, the software of SCU school hospital information management system is tested and analyzed. This paper adopts B / S structure and Visual Studio2008 as software development tool. Using SQL Server as the database, the information management system of SCU school hospital is designed and implemented. The application of the software system reduces the workload of medical staff in SCU school hospital, standardizes the work flow, improves the working efficiency, and has a wide application prospect.
