【摘要】：隨著高校不斷擴(kuò)招,高校教育規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高校的教務(wù)工作內(nèi)容越來越多,也越來越繁瑣。為此,各大高校也紛紛采用信息化技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)教務(wù)工作的管理,高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)也成為了完善高校教務(wù)信息管理的必經(jīng)之路。首先,以國內(nèi)CY高校為例,通過對CY高校教務(wù)管理工作現(xiàn)狀的分析,確定用戶對移動高校管理系統(tǒng)的需求,并使用UML技術(shù)中的用例圖實(shí)現(xiàn)移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的用例和功能分析,并對移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求進(jìn)行分析;其次,在對CY教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)原則,并根據(jù)用戶需求的特點(diǎn),采用B/S三層總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),確定移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)包括學(xué)生選修管理子系統(tǒng)、教師考勤管理子系統(tǒng)和管理員系統(tǒng)管理子系統(tǒng)三個功能子系統(tǒng),并對存儲移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)中的關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì);最后,針對用戶對移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的功能性需求和非功能性需求,在對系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用J2EE技術(shù)和Android移動端技術(shù),完成移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的學(xué)生選修子系統(tǒng)、教師考勤子系統(tǒng)和管理員系統(tǒng)管理子系統(tǒng)的具體編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)。在系統(tǒng)建設(shè)完成之后,采用黑盒測試和白盒測試相結(jié)合的方法,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的功能和性能測試,測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)滿足最終用戶對移動高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的要求,對于學(xué)院的要求,達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the scale of higher education is expanding, and the contents of educational administration in colleges and universities are becoming more and more complicated. For this reason, the universities and colleges have adopted information technology to realize the management of educational administration one after another. The construction of educational administration system in colleges and universities has become the only way to improve the information management of educational administration. Firstly, taking the domestic CY universities as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of educational administration in CY colleges and universities. Determine the user's demand for the mobile university management system, and use the use case diagram in the UML technology to realize the use case and function analysis of the mobile university educational administration management system, and analyze the non-functional requirements of the mobile university educational administration management system. Secondly, Based on the analysis of the requirements of CY educational administration system, the design and development principles of the mobile university educational administration management system are determined, and according to the characteristics of users' needs, The overall structure design of the educational administration management system of mobile colleges and universities is carried out by using the three-tier structure of B / S, and the educational administration management system of mobile colleges and universities includes students' elective management subsystem. Teacher attendance management subsystem and administrator system management subsystem three functional subsystems, and the storage of mobile university educational administration system data relational database design; finally, Aiming at the functional and non-functional requirements of the educational administration system in mobile colleges and universities, based on the design and research of the overall structure and the functional structure of the system, the J2EE technology and the Android mobile terminal technology are adopted. After the completion of the construction of the system, the method of combining black box test and white box test is adopted to realize the specific coding of the student elective subsystem, teacher attendance subsystem and administrator system management subsystem in the educational administration management system of mobile colleges and universities. The function and performance of the system are tested. The results show that the construction of the system meets the requirements of the end user for the educational administration system of mobile colleges and universities, and achieves the expected goal of the system construction for the college.
