【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的日益擴(kuò)張,企業(yè)規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理變的更加復(fù)雜,全部由人來進(jìn)行管理的方式難以應(yīng)對目前的局勢。隨著身邊越來越多的系統(tǒng)化、信息化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,能否可以用計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)管理的方式替代人工手動管理,搭建一個合同管理系統(tǒng),通過信息系統(tǒng)的方式來對公司的合同執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行管理,從而便于合同管理的相關(guān)企業(yè)員工能夠及時、準(zhǔn)確的了解合同執(zhí)行進(jìn)展,按照實際情況高效的安排相應(yīng)的工作。本系統(tǒng)從企業(yè)經(jīng)營中的實際需求出發(fā),采用java等被人們普遍認(rèn)知并掌握的編程技術(shù),系統(tǒng)后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用易操作并且免費的MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫。本論文描述了合同管理系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)搭建與設(shè)計,以及各模塊詳細(xì)的功能設(shè)計,并對于數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立過程、系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明。同時,考慮到企業(yè)的實際經(jīng)營模式,采用了分布式的設(shè)計思路,依靠B/S模式,簡化客戶端的維護(hù)成本,使系統(tǒng)在多用戶使用方面的性能得到了提高。開發(fā)過程中,結(jié)合java服務(wù)器等技術(shù),利用這些技術(shù)的特點,采用JSP來實現(xiàn)頁面的內(nèi)容展示,在達(dá)到預(yù)期的課題目標(biāo)前提下,通過Servlet來完成大量復(fù)雜的處理實現(xiàn)程序的規(guī)范化。通過對于主要用戶的分類授權(quán),使用戶可以依據(jù)各自不同的權(quán)限,對用戶信息進(jìn)行維護(hù),查看和編輯銷售中心相關(guān)內(nèi)容。并對合同相關(guān)的事項,如辦事處催收事宜進(jìn)行編輯。從而為企業(yè)的合同管理與應(yīng)收賬款相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員提供一個高效,便捷的辦公系統(tǒng),固化企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of enterprise business and the expansion of enterprise scale, the management of enterprises becomes more complex, and the way of management by people is difficult to cope with the current situation. With more and more systematization around, With the application of information technology, can we use computer system management instead of manual management, build a contract management system, and manage the contract execution of the company through the way of information system? This paper describes the structure and design of the contract management system, and the detailed function design of each module, which is easy to operate and free of charge in the background database of the system, which is widely known and mastered by people, such as java and so on. At the same time, considering the actual business model of the enterprise, the distributed design idea is adopted, and the maintenance cost of the client is simplified by relying on the B / S model. The performance of the system in multi-user usage has been improved. In the process of development, combined with java server and other technologies, using the characteristics of these technologies, JSP is used to achieve the content display of the page, under the premise of achieving the expected goal of the subject, Through Servlet to complete a large number of complex processing to achieve the standardization of the program. Through the classification of the main users authorization, users can be based on their different permissions to maintain the user information, Review and edit the relevant contents of the sales center, and edit the contract related items, such as office collection, so as to provide an efficient and convenient office system for the contract management and accounts receivable related business personnel of the enterprise. Solidify business process and improve working efficiency.
