【摘要】:目前,國(guó)有化經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)部機(jī)制,正在發(fā)生著聚變,社會(huì)組織層級(jí)日益更替,面臨著合作關(guān)系的轉(zhuǎn)變,人們處理問(wèn)題的方式也有所不同,犯罪分子學(xué)習(xí)新的作案方法,改變?cè)凶靼讣记?使種種案件數(shù)呈上升趨勢(shì)。在信息化技術(shù)開(kāi)始逐漸被各國(guó)所接受和認(rèn)可時(shí),這種互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維方式也開(kāi)始應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作中。在錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜和不斷改變的經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪活動(dòng)的大環(huán)境下,通過(guò)信息技術(shù)解決日常辦公中的重復(fù)性工作,是實(shí)現(xiàn)提高工作效率的一種手段,同時(shí),保證國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)正常交易,社會(huì)的發(fā)展在公正和諧的環(huán)境下穩(wěn)定前進(jìn)是經(jīng)偵部門(mén)的一項(xiàng)艱巨和肩負(fù)社會(huì)責(zé)任的任務(wù)。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,經(jīng)偵部門(mén)從實(shí)際工作中出發(fā),完善對(duì)人員的管控、數(shù)據(jù)資源的管理、業(yè)務(wù)流程的規(guī)范性等工作內(nèi)容,使經(jīng)偵工作始終保持積極主動(dòng)的工作態(tài)勢(shì),經(jīng)偵部門(mén)拓寬信息來(lái)源渠道、全面搜集輔助信息,并利用聚類、關(guān)聯(lián)等技術(shù)手段,提高各部門(mén)之間數(shù)據(jù)共享的一種有效途徑是將不同種類的各業(yè)務(wù)資源信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行合理整合。系統(tǒng)采用B/S/D的架構(gòu)方式,使用JAVA開(kāi)發(fā),在系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程處理、運(yùn)算速度、界面刷新等方面表現(xiàn)突出,也是因?yàn)槭褂昧薕RACLE,該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)可以應(yīng)在多種性能的操作系統(tǒng)上,在數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、交互、運(yùn)算等方面給工作帶來(lái)了便捷,數(shù)據(jù)交互主要通過(guò)視圖和ETL的方式實(shí)現(xiàn),體現(xiàn)了后期人工維護(hù)量少,快速升級(jí)的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),也可實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)快速的集成、跨越不同平臺(tái)、代碼高度可復(fù)用性等優(yōu)勢(shì)。各種信息數(shù)據(jù)分散存儲(chǔ)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的服務(wù)器中,涉及系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用處理邏輯則存儲(chǔ)在應(yīng)用的服務(wù)器中,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的使用,可通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的進(jìn)行瀏覽器的應(yīng)用配置的方式即可實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)、重點(diǎn)關(guān)注人員管控、關(guān)注人員處理、信息查詢、研判工具和系統(tǒng)管理功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。將日常的各種反復(fù)的工作都放到系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),從工作人員平時(shí)的基層工作和提升方法的角度進(jìn)行全方位的分析和考量,從工作的主動(dòng)性及對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用的專業(yè)性方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)提升,通過(guò)將優(yōu)秀的計(jì)算機(jī)處理技術(shù)和經(jīng)偵業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行高效有機(jī)的結(jié)合,達(dá)到了業(yè)務(wù)工作的簡(jiǎn)化、規(guī)范的效果。
[Abstract]:At present, the internal mechanism of the nationalized economy is undergoing fusion, the level of social organizations is changing day by day, the relationship of cooperation is changing, the way people deal with problems is also different, and criminals learn new methods of committing crimes. Change the original crime techniques, so that the number of cases is on the rise. When the information technology began to be gradually accepted and recognized by the countries, This mode of thinking of the Internet has also begun to be applied to practical work. In the general environment of complex and changing economic criminal activities, information technology is used to solve the repetitive work in daily work. It is a means to improve work efficiency, and at the same time, to ensure the normal transaction of the country's economic activities. The steady progress of social development in a just and harmonious environment is an arduous task for the economic investigation department and shouldering social responsibility. In order to solve these problems, the economic investigation department proceeds from the actual work and consummates the management and control of the personnel. The management of data resources, the standardization of business processes and other work contents make the work of economic investigation always maintain a proactive working situation, and the departments of economic investigation broaden the channels of information sources, collect auxiliary information in an all-round way, and make use of technical means such as clustering and association, etc. An effective way to improve the data sharing among different departments is to integrate different kinds of business resource information data reasonably. The system adopts the B/S/D architecture, uses JAVA to develop, and processes the business process of the system at the speed of operation. Interface refresh is outstanding because of the use of Oracle, the database can be used in a variety of performance operating systems, in data storage, interaction, computing and other aspects of the work has brought convenience, Data interaction is mainly realized by view and ETL, which reflects the characteristics of less manual maintenance and rapid upgrade. At the same time, the system can be integrated quickly and across different platforms. All kinds of information data are distributed and stored in the server of the database, while the business application processing logic of the system is stored in the server of the application, so as to realize the use of the system. The system can be implemented by simply configuring the application of the browser. The system focuses on personnel control, personnel processing and information query through data association. The research tool and the system management function have realized the application of the system. We put all kinds of daily repeated work into the system to carry on the realization, and carried on the omni-directional analysis and the consideration from the staff ordinary basic level work and the promotion method angle. By combining the excellent computer processing technology with the economic investigation business efficiently and organically, the simplification and standardization of the business work are achieved.
