基于OV10635的車載高清全景成像系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和城市化建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的行車安全意識(shí)越來越高,汽車安全技術(shù)正向著車載輔助視覺系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的智能方向發(fā)展。車載全景成像系統(tǒng)是為了解決汽車盲區(qū)問題而出現(xiàn)的新一代汽車輔助安全設(shè)備,它比現(xiàn)有的車載視頻傳感器有更為寬闊、清晰的可視效果。車載全景顯示系統(tǒng)旨在讓駕駛員在行車、泊車過程中更安全,實(shí)時(shí)的向駕駛員顯示車輛周圍的全景鳥瞰圖像,讓駕駛員了解車輛四周障礙物和行人的位置及其與車輛的距離,確保駕駛員實(shí)時(shí)掌握車輛周圍的情況,消除駕駛員的視覺盲區(qū)與死角。當(dāng)前車載全景成像系統(tǒng)普遍使用30萬像素的CMOS圖像傳感器芯片,本課題將提出一種100萬像素的高清車載全景成像系統(tǒng)。它通過在汽車周圍架設(shè)能覆蓋車輛周邊所有視場(chǎng)范圍的4個(gè)廣角攝像頭,對(duì)車身周圍360度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)多路視頻圖像采集并通過車載全景輔助泊車系統(tǒng)處理得到一幅包括車輛周邊路面情況的車身俯視圖,直觀地呈現(xiàn)出車輛所處的位置和周邊情況。讓駕駛員清楚查看車輛周邊是否存在障礙物并了解障礙物的相對(duì)方位與距離,幫助駕駛員輕松停泊車輛。不僅非常直觀,而且不存在任何盲點(diǎn)。本課題將以O(shè)V10635CMOS為例闡述車載全景成像系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)組成、硬件設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)調(diào)試、軟件調(diào)試平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)及攝像頭圖像質(zhì)量調(diào)試等進(jìn)行研究。首先,本設(shè)計(jì)中采用一種新的凝視型視場(chǎng)全景成像技術(shù)——魚眼透鏡成像,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)水平360度、垂直210度的超廣角成像。然后根據(jù)全景成像系統(tǒng)的要求選用OmniVision OV10635的CMOS圖像傳感器芯片OV10635,使用Cadence軟件進(jìn)行車載全景系統(tǒng)的原理圖設(shè)計(jì),包括電源模塊的設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)外圍電路的設(shè)計(jì),地的處理以及對(duì)四層PCB板的布局布線的研究。最后,基于飛思卡爾單片機(jī)MC9SQE8RM的軟件調(diào)試平臺(tái),通過此調(diào)試平臺(tái)對(duì)車載全景攝像頭圖像質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了控制調(diào)整,并最終取得優(yōu)質(zhì)的圖像畫面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, people are more and more aware of driving safety. Automotive safety technology is developing towards the intelligent direction of vehicle-aided visual system technology. Vehicle panoramic imaging system is a new generation of automotive auxiliary safety equipment to solve the problem of automotive blind area. The panoramic display system is designed to provide drivers with a more secure, real-time panoramic bird's view of the vehicle as they drive and park. Let the driver know the position of obstacles and pedestrians around the vehicle and the distance from the vehicle, and ensure that the driver has a real-time grasp of the situation around the vehicle, Eliminate the blind area and dead angle of driver. Currently, 300000 pixel CMOS image sensor chip is widely used in vehicle panoramic imaging system. In this paper, a 1 million pixel high definition vehicle panoramic imaging system is proposed. It is built around the vehicle with four wide-angle cameras that can cover all the field of view around the vehicle. A real-time multi-channel video image of 360 degrees around the car body is collected and processed by the panoramic parking system to obtain a view of the car body, which includes the road surface around the vehicle. The position and surroundings of the vehicle are displayed intuitively. It is not only very intuitive for the driver to check clearly whether there are obstacles around the vehicle and understand the relative orientation and distance of the obstacles, but also to help the driver park his vehicle easily. And there is no blind spot. This subject will take OV10635CMOS as an example to explain the system composition, hardware design, system debugging, software debugging platform design and camera image quality debugging. In this design, a new staring field of view panoramic imaging technique, fish-eye lens imaging, can be used to realize horizontal 360 degrees. According to the requirements of the panoramic imaging system, the CMOS image sensor chip OV10635 of OmniVision OV10635 is selected, and the schematic design of the vehicle panoramic system is carried out by using Cadence software, including the design of the power module. The design of the peripheral circuit of the system, the processing of the ground and the study of the layout and wiring of the four-layer PCB board. Finally, the software debugging platform based on the MC9SQE8RM of Freescale single chip microcomputer, Through this debugging platform, the image quality of vehicle panoramic camera is controlled and adjusted, and the high quality image picture is obtained.
