【摘要】：由于跟蹤過程中目標(biāo)外觀變化和遮擋因素的影響,采用單一迭代更新濾波器的KCF算法在學(xué)習(xí)過程中會積累過多的噪聲信息導(dǎo)致目標(biāo)丟失.為解決該問題,本文提出一種基于多階段學(xué)習(xí)的相關(guān)濾波跟蹤算法.通過建立具有互補(bǔ)關(guān)系的全局階段濾波器模型、一致性階段濾波器模型以及初始階段濾波器模型并行的對目標(biāo)進(jìn)行跟蹤.在benchmark數(shù)據(jù)集的51個(gè)視頻上的實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,本文算法取得的總體精度得分77.6%和總體成功率得分68.9%優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有的大部分跟蹤算法.
[Abstract]:Because of the change of target appearance and the influence of occlusion factors in the tracking process, the KCF algorithm with a single iterative update filter will accumulate too much noise information during the learning process, which leads to the loss of the target. In this paper, a correlation filter tracking algorithm based on multi-stage learning is proposed. The consistent stage filter model and the initial stage filter model are used to track the target in parallel. The experiments on 51 videos of benchmark dataset show that, The total accuracy score and the total success rate score of this algorithm are 77.6% and 68.9% respectively, which are superior to most of the existing tracking algorithms.
