【摘要】：過去的幾十年里,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展徹底改變了我們的生活方式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)也逐漸成為人們生活的中心,網(wǎng)上購物、查資料、看新聞逐漸成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ铍x不開的一部分。這種日常生活的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化塑造了一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代和一大批與我們息息相關(guān)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司。這些互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司往往提供優(yōu)質(zhì)而免費(fèi)的服務(wù),并且擁有巨量的用戶和資源�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)為各種數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)布、采集、存儲(chǔ)和分析帶來了一定的便捷。比如醫(yī)療單位長時(shí)間建立的患者診斷數(shù)據(jù)集記錄,電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站收集的用戶個(gè)人基本信息等。對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行大量挖掘分析能夠得到大量的關(guān)于現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的許多有用信息。但這些數(shù)據(jù)中通常會(huì)包含很多個(gè)人隱私信息,直接發(fā)布有利于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析的實(shí)現(xiàn),但將給個(gè)人隱私信息帶來一定的威脅,因此,為了更好的解決好這個(gè)矛盾,數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布中的隱私保護(hù)技術(shù)問題引起了學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛的研究和探討。近年來,我們已經(jīng)目睹了多起用戶隱私泄漏事件,多家公司深陷其中;而這些事件全都是由于數(shù)據(jù)擁有者分享數(shù)據(jù)不當(dāng)引起的。因此,如何保護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布中的隱私問題也成為一項(xiàng)引人注目的話題。本文主要研究了如何在基于差分隱私保護(hù)條件下有效發(fā)布合成數(shù)據(jù)集技術(shù),文中對(duì)隱私保護(hù)、差分隱私保護(hù)領(lǐng)域已有的研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)概述,對(duì)隱私保護(hù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的基本原理和特征進(jìn)行了闡述,通過研究現(xiàn)今幾種差分隱私數(shù)據(jù)集發(fā)布技術(shù),對(duì)比總結(jié),最終分析和提出了一種基于差分隱私的分類數(shù)據(jù)匿名化合成發(fā)布方案,使得在基于差分隱私保護(hù)條件下分類數(shù)據(jù)匿名化發(fā)布技術(shù)既能夠保護(hù)用戶的隱私信息,又不影響數(shù)據(jù)的可用性,達(dá)到了研究的目的。在數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布方面,分析介紹了交互式和非交互式兩種差分隱私保護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布方法,并著重從精確度和樣本復(fù)雜度的角度對(duì)這些方法進(jìn)行分析和對(duì)比,介紹了各種非交互式方式下數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布技術(shù)。本文以理論分析為基礎(chǔ),綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)提出的一種分類數(shù)據(jù)合成匿名化發(fā)布技術(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)論證,其實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)集滿足一定條件時(shí),通過添加更少的噪音,可以達(dá)到降低源數(shù)據(jù)的失真程度和提高數(shù)據(jù)可用性的目的,使得數(shù)據(jù)的可用性和隱私性相結(jié)合達(dá)到更好的平衡,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了差分隱私保護(hù)條件下數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, the development of the Internet has completely changed our way of life. The Internet has gradually become the center of people's lives. Watching news is becoming a part of people's daily life. The network of daily life has shaped a network era and a large number of internet companies which are closely related to us. These internet companies often provide the best. Quality and free service, With the rapid development of Internet technology, the network has brought a certain convenience for the release, collection, storage and analysis of various data, such as the patient diagnosis data set records established by medical units for a long time. A lot of useful information about real life can be obtained by mining and analyzing these data. But these data usually contain a lot of personal privacy information. Direct release is beneficial to the realization of data mining and analysis, but it will bring a certain threat to personal privacy information. Therefore, in order to better solve this contradiction, Privacy protection technology in data release has caused extensive research and discussion in academic circles. In recent years, we have witnessed a number of user privacy leaks, many companies are trapped in it; These events are all caused by improper sharing of data by data owners. How to protect the privacy in data release has also become a noticeable topic. This paper mainly studies how to effectively publish composite data sets under the condition of differential privacy protection, and how to protect privacy in this paper. This paper summarizes the existing research achievements in the field of differential privacy protection, expounds the basic principles and characteristics in the field of privacy protection, and compares and summarizes several kinds of differential privacy data set publishing techniques. Finally, this paper analyzes and proposes a scheme of classified data anonymous composition and release based on differential privacy, which can protect the privacy information of users under the condition of classified data anonymous publishing under the condition of differential privacy protection. At the same time, it does not affect the availability of data, and achieves the purpose of research. In the aspect of data release, two kinds of interactive and non-interactive differential privacy protection data publishing methods are analyzed and introduced. This paper analyzes and compares these methods from the angle of accuracy and sample complexity, and introduces the techniques of data release in various non-interactive ways. This paper is based on theoretical analysis and synthesizes the experimental platform. An experimental design of a classified data synthesis and anonymous publishing technique is carried out. The experimental data demonstrate that: when the published data set meets certain conditions, less noise is added to the data set. It can reduce the distortion of source data and improve the availability of data, and make the combination of data availability and privacy achieve a better balance, thus realizing the technology of data release under the condition of differential privacy protection.
