中鐵十八局施工安全文件管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化技術(shù)成為各行各業(yè),突破瓶頸,開拓進(jìn)取的敲門磚;谛畔⒒途W(wǎng)絡(luò)化的企業(yè)發(fā)展模式和管理模式在不斷革新先前企業(yè)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),企業(yè)從原先所要求的無紙化辦公的程度上升到如何合理收集數(shù)據(jù)、管理數(shù)據(jù),從而將數(shù)據(jù)如何在信息化管理系統(tǒng)的管理下,運(yùn)用各種技術(shù)來保證文件安全,以備在出現(xiàn)各種問題時(shí)可以有據(jù)可依,有資可查。本文開始要針對(duì)施工安全文件管理信息化建設(shè)的國內(nèi)和國外等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,然后,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有主流施工安全文件管理系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行分析,了解業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)于安全文件管理的前沿技術(shù)和要求,同時(shí)掌握中鐵十八局內(nèi)部對(duì)于安全文件的具體功能需求和操作訴求。確定該系統(tǒng)使用C#作為編程語言,運(yùn)用ASP.NET+jQuery打造用戶界面,以SQL Server作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理和支持,搭建B/S框架的施工安全文件系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)在文件安全方面采用多種防范黑客盜取的技術(shù)如OTP黑客防范一次性口令認(rèn)證技術(shù)、權(quán)限與角色相關(guān)聯(lián)的RBAC技術(shù)等從而保證在合理組織施工安全文件的同時(shí),分級(jí)別地保護(hù)中鐵十八局的各種施工安全文件。系統(tǒng)功能分配為施工安全文檔基礎(chǔ)信息管理、施工安全文檔檢索管理、施工安全文檔分類管理、施工安全文檔管理、施工安全文檔審批管理、施工安全文檔統(tǒng)計(jì)分析管理、施工安全文檔借閱管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理等八個(gè)功能模塊。針對(duì)該系統(tǒng)功能,通過需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、功能測(cè)試等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),來保證系統(tǒng)能夠滿足企業(yè)在施工安全文件管理的應(yīng)用需求、功能需求和性能需求。本課題圍繞中鐵十八局在施工安全文件管理方面的規(guī)范化、制度化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化多維度管理要求,為提高施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理水平,防止和杜絕生產(chǎn)安全事故發(fā)生,保障人民群眾生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全而搭建的中鐵十八局施工安全文件管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)的上線實(shí)施及應(yīng)用提供了中鐵十八局的工作效率,使中鐵十八局在施工安全文件的管理上更加嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、科學(xué)、安全和高效。
[Abstract]:With information technology, network, intelligent technology become all kinds of industries, breaking through the bottleneck, pioneering and enterprising. Enterprise development model and management model based on information and network are constantly innovating the operation state of the previous enterprise, Enterprises from the original requirements of paperless office to how to reasonably collect data, management data, thus how to data under the management of information management system, using various technologies to ensure the security of documents, In case of various problems, there is evidence to be relied upon and information to be obtained. This paper begins to study the relevant literature on the construction safety document management information construction both at home and abroad, and then, Based on the analysis of the existing mainstream construction safety document management system software, to understand the industry for the safety document management of the cutting-edge technology and requirements, At the same time, it grasps the specific functional requirements and operation demands of the safety files in the 18 Bureau of China Railway. It is determined that the system uses C # as the programming language, ASP.NET jQuery is used to build the user interface, and SQL Server is used as the backstage database to manage and support the data. Build the B / S frame of the construction security file system. The system uses a variety of protection against hacker theft technology, such as OTP hackers to guard against one-time password authentication technology, The RBAC technology associated with the authority and the role ensures that the construction safety documents are organized reasonably, and all kinds of construction safety documents of China Railway 18 Bureau are protected at the same time. The system functions are assigned to the basic information management of the construction safety documents, and the functions of the system are assigned to the basic information management of the construction safety documents. Construction safety document retrieval management, construction safety document classification management, construction safety document management, construction safety document approval management, construction safety document statistical analysis management, construction safety document borrowing management, Eight functional modules, such as system maintenance and management, are designed and developed through requirements analysis, summary design, detailed design, function testing, etc. To ensure that the system can meet the application requirements, functional requirements and performance requirements of construction safety document management. This topic revolves around the standardization, institutionalization, standardization and multi-dimensional management requirements of the construction safety document management of China Railway 18 Bureau. In order to improve the safety management level of construction site, prevent and stop production safety accidents and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, the construction safety document management system of China Railway 18 Bureau has been built. The implementation and application of the system provide the working efficiency of China Railway 18 Bureau, and make the management of construction safety documents more rigorous, scientific, safe and efficient.
