【摘要】：【目的】為更方便地查詢和利用各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的海量關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù),提出一種關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)圖譜概覽的生成方法,使得用戶在查詢前就能了解關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)點(diǎn)的內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)�！痉椒ā客ㄟ^(guò)SPARQL查詢關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)所包含的領(lǐng)域知識(shí)關(guān)系,針對(duì)每一個(gè)知識(shí)關(guān)系構(gòu)建知識(shí)圖譜概覽三元組并形成初步的知識(shí)圖譜概覽,再抽取每個(gè)知識(shí)分類的知識(shí)圖譜概覽三元組并合并到前者形成完整的知識(shí)圖譜概覽�！窘Y(jié)果】研發(fā)Cytoscape插件實(shí)現(xiàn)此方法,并進(jìn)一步提供知識(shí)圖譜概覽可視化功能�！揪窒蕖坎荒芴幚砟涿�(jié)點(diǎn)等復(fù)雜知識(shí)分類抽取�！窘Y(jié)論】在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域分別進(jìn)行單點(diǎn)抽取、關(guān)聯(lián)"橋"和關(guān)聯(lián)"包含"三項(xiàng)測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該方法抽取速度快而穩(wěn)定,抽取結(jié)果的查全率高,且不需要網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲(chóng)或額外的索引工作。
[Abstract]:[objective] to make it easier to query and utilize vast amounts of associated data in various fields, a method for generating an overview of the knowledge map of associated data is proposed. Enable the user to understand the internal data structure of the associated data access point before the query. [method] query the domain knowledge relationship contained in the associated data through SPARQL, For each knowledge relationship, an overview of the knowledge map is constructed and a preliminary overview of the knowledge map is formed. Then extract the knowledge map overview of each knowledge classification and merge it into the former to form a complete knowledge map overview. [results] the Cytoscape plug-in is developed to implement this method. Furthermore, the visualization function of knowledge map overview is provided. [limitations] can't deal with the classification extraction of complex knowledge such as anonymous nodes. [conclusion] in the biomedical field, single point extraction is carried out respectively, and the association "bridge" and "association" contain "three tests". The test results show that the proposed method is fast and stable, has high recall rate and does not require web crawler or additional indexing work.
