青光眼視神經頭參數(shù)與視網(wǎng)膜神經纖維層的相關性分析

【摘要】:青光眼是一種以視神經萎縮和視野缺損為共同特征的視網(wǎng)膜疾病,是導致人類失明的第二大視網(wǎng)膜疾病.青光眼的早期癥狀不明顯,因此對早期青光眼的篩選和診斷將會阻止青光眼的進一步發(fā)展.文中提出一種評估青光眼發(fā)病機制的算法,首先利用隨機森林分割視網(wǎng)膜神經纖維層,然后利用塊搜索算法分割視盤與視杯,最后分析兩者相關性.實驗結果表明,視網(wǎng)膜神經纖維層與垂直杯盤比,視杯面積以及沿盤面積比的相關性大小為0.64,0.62和0.54,驗證了在診斷青光眼方面計算視網(wǎng)膜神經纖維層厚度與杯盤比大小是密切相關和互補的,對研究青光眼的發(fā)展趨勢具有重要意義.
[Abstract]:Glaucoma is a retinal disease characterized by optic nerve atrophy and visual field defect. It is the second most common retinal disease leading to human blindness. The early symptoms of glaucoma are not obvious. Therefore, screening and diagnosis of early glaucoma will prevent the further development of glaucoma. In this paper, an algorithm for evaluating the pathogenesis of glaucoma is proposed. Then the block search algorithm is used to segment the visual disc and the cup, and the correlation between the two is analyzed. The experimental results show that the ratio of retinal nerve fiber layer to vertical cup and disc, The correlation between the optic cup area and the area ratio along the disc was 0.64n0.62 and 0.54, which proved that the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer was closely related to the size of the cup / disc ratio in the diagnosis of glaucoma. It is of great significance to study the development trend of glaucoma.
