面向智慧醫(yī)療的區(qū)域衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)的研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制已進(jìn)入深水區(qū)。作為醫(yī)改重要內(nèi)容的衛(wèi)生信息化,經(jīng)過(guò)前幾年快速建設(shè),已經(jīng)進(jìn)入全面建成互聯(lián)互通、務(wù)實(shí)應(yīng)用的信息化服務(wù)體系的新階段。我國(guó)在智慧化醫(yī)療建設(shè)方面達(dá)到了一定的規(guī)模,"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療"理念也正在受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,但與歐美國(guó)家相比,總體顯得相對(duì)滯后。因此加大衛(wèi)生信息會(huì)化建設(shè)力度,深度挖掘醫(yī)療健康+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本論文以醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)面向"智慧醫(yī)療"的區(qū)域衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行探討,以尋求一種通用的解決方案,為行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展提供參考。論文研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外智慧醫(yī)療技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)對(duì)論文研究涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù)原理進(jìn)行了探討,包括智慧醫(yī)療相關(guān)的SOA、ESB、EMPI、HL7等技術(shù)。而本人將面臨的任務(wù)與挑戰(zhàn)是將一個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)眾多醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)在不同時(shí)期建設(shè)和使用的、又是若干個(gè)軟件公司開(kāi)發(fā)的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)、公共衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)學(xué)科教信息系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)療服務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)、合作醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)、社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)系統(tǒng)等相聯(lián)結(jié),建立一套統(tǒng)一的衛(wèi)生資源中心、數(shù)據(jù)采集和交換系統(tǒng),從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域的智慧醫(yī)療信息平臺(tái),打造滿足未來(lái)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展所需要的智慧醫(yī)療體系。這些工作主要是為了根據(jù)論文的研究目標(biāo)尋求解決方案,為智慧醫(yī)療模型的設(shè)計(jì)做技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備。本論文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下:首先,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的信息化現(xiàn)狀,提出系統(tǒng)需求:其次,對(duì)電子健康檔案、居民主索引、信息交換等進(jìn)行模型分析、設(shè)計(jì)和建模。最后,對(duì)包括平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)、信息采集與交換系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、平臺(tái)管理系統(tǒng)等智慧醫(yī)療信息平臺(tái)的各項(xiàng)功能進(jìn)行分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后進(jìn)行應(yīng)用測(cè)試驗(yàn)證。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)智慧醫(yī)療模型在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的具體應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:At present, the medical and health system of our country has entered the deep water area. As an important part of the medical reform, the health information system has entered into a comprehensive interconnection after a few years of rapid construction. The new stage of practical application of information service system. China has reached a certain scale in the construction of intelligent medical treatment, and the concept of "Internet medical care" is receiving more and more attention, but compared with the European and American countries, As a whole, it is relatively lagging behind. Therefore, we should intensify the construction of health information and dig deep into the application of the medical and health Internet. This paper takes the construction of regional health information system for "smart medical" as the research object, in order to seek a general solution. This paper studies the current situation of intelligent medical technology at home and abroad, and discusses the related technical principles of the paper. The task and challenge I will face is to build and use many medical institutions in a region at different times, and it is also a clinical medical management system developed by several software companies. The public health information system, the medical science and education information system, the medical service information system, the cooperative medical information system and the community health service system are linked together to establish a unified health resource center, data collection and exchange system. In order to realize the intelligent medical information platform in the region and to build the intelligent medical system to meet the needs of the future medical and health care development, these works are mainly to seek solutions according to the research objectives of the paper. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the current information situation of the medical and health industry at home and abroad, and puts forward the system requirements: secondly, the electronic health file, the main index of residents, Finally, the functions of intelligent medical information platform, such as platform basic service, information collection and exchange system, data storage service system, platform management system and so on, are analyzed. Design and implementation. Finally, test and verify the application. Finally, realize the application of intelligent medical model in the medical and health industry.
