【摘要】:九三糧油工業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司作為國(guó)內(nèi)知名的糧油企業(yè),最近幾年在企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展方面有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,各種信息化系統(tǒng)接連上線,特別是ERP、采購(gòu)系統(tǒng)、物流系統(tǒng)的上線,帶動(dòng)了集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展。九三集團(tuán)每年的物流發(fā)運(yùn)量巨大,如何提高成本物流業(yè)務(wù)的處理效率、降低物流、提升客戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量,以信息化手段建設(shè)物流大數(shù)據(jù)中心,并為生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷等業(yè)務(wù)部門提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,成為急迫解決的問(wèn)題。物流信息管理系統(tǒng)就是在這樣一個(gè)背景下開發(fā)的。本文以九三集團(tuán)物流業(yè)務(wù)為背景,定制開發(fā)了一個(gè)能夠滿足集團(tuán)內(nèi)部大豆回運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)、銷售發(fā)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)和競(jìng)價(jià)為主的一個(gè)物流信息管理系統(tǒng)。由于集團(tuán)的物流發(fā)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)種類繁多,首先對(duì)集團(tuán)的物流業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了需求梳理,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的總體框架及元模型設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)與物流系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)接口Web Service技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。最后基于以上的研究?jī)?nèi)容,結(jié)合九三糧油工業(yè)集團(tuán)物流業(yè)務(wù)的需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng),目前此系統(tǒng)正在九三集團(tuán)運(yùn)行,目前系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好。1.整理了九三集團(tuán)的物流業(yè)務(wù)的需求,包括競(jìng)價(jià)、大豆回運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)、銷售發(fā)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù),并對(duì)流程進(jìn)行了重構(gòu)。2.構(gòu)建了基于ERP的糧油企業(yè)物流信息系統(tǒng)框架就體系。物流信息系統(tǒng)的角色分為集團(tuán)工作人員、分廠物流管理部、承運(yùn)商和客戶?蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)共分為基礎(chǔ)資料、競(jìng)價(jià)管理、銷售發(fā)運(yùn)、回運(yùn)發(fā)運(yùn)和統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表。系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)資料包括承運(yùn)商、經(jīng)銷商、產(chǎn)品信息來(lái)源子ERP系統(tǒng),數(shù)據(jù)接口采用Web Service。該框架首先擴(kuò)展性好,分層設(shè)計(jì)使業(yè)務(wù)之間的耦合度降低,從而使每一層都能獨(dú)立運(yùn)行,避免了由于前面業(yè)務(wù)不順暢而導(dǎo)致后面的無(wú)法進(jìn)行。建立了基于主觀和客觀的車輛評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過(guò)價(jià)格、準(zhǔn)時(shí)性、運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量、服務(wù)態(tài)度來(lái)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。3.設(shè)計(jì)了物流信息系統(tǒng)模型,根據(jù)以上概念模型的分析,對(duì)此物流系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)元模型進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。包括基礎(chǔ)資料模型、競(jìng)價(jià)管理模型、銷售發(fā)運(yùn)管理模型、大豆回運(yùn)模型。4.詳細(xì)研究了銷售系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)所需要的一些技術(shù),包括Web Service、權(quán)限管理并將這些技術(shù)作為主要的技術(shù)手段加以研究。
[Abstract]:As a well-known grain and oil enterprise in China, 93 Grain and Oil Industry Group Co., Ltd. has made considerable progress in the development of enterprise informatization in recent years. Various information systems have been put on line one after another, especially those of ERP, procurement system, and logistics system. This has led to the rapid development of the Group's business. The 93 Group has a huge amount of logistics delivery every year. How to improve the efficiency of handling cost logistics business, reduce logistics, improve the quality of customer service, and build the Logistics big data Center by means of information technology, And to provide data support for production, marketing and other business departments has become an urgent problem to solve. Logistics information management system is developed under such a background. A logistics information management system has been developed to meet the needs of the group's internal soybean return service, sales and dispatch business and bidding price. Firstly, the demand of the logistics business of the group is combed, the overall framework and meta-model design of the system are constructed, and the Web Service technology of data interface between ERP system and logistics system is studied. The system is designed and implemented according to the needs of logistics business of the ninety-three grain and oil industry group. At present, the system is running in the 93 group. At present, the system is running well. 1. The logistics business needs of the ninety-three group are sorted out, including bidding. The system of logistics information system of grain and oil enterprise based on ERP is constructed. The role of logistics information system is divided into group staff, logistics management department of branch factory, Carriers and customers. The frame structure is divided into basic information, bid management, sales shipping, return shipping and statistical reports. The basic information of the system includes carrier, dealer, product information source sub-#en0# system, The data interface adopts Web Services. The framework has good scalability, and hierarchical design reduces the degree of coupling between services, so that each layer can run independently. Because the business in front is not smooth, it can not be carried out in the rear. Based on subjective and objective vehicle evaluation index, the model of logistics information system is designed through price, punctuality, transportation quality and service attitude. According to the analysis of the above concept model, the platform meta-model of the logistics system is designed, including the basic data model, the bidding management model, the sales shipping management model, The Soybean return Transportation Model. 4. Some technologies needed to realize the sales system are studied in detail, including Web Service, privilege management, and these technologies are studied as the main technical means.
