【摘要】：針對有效利用圖像底層視覺特征和圖像語義特征進行圖像標注,提出一種改進的AP(Affinity Propagation)聚類標注模型。首先采用半監(jiān)督距離測度學習算法,融合圖像語義信息,訓練得到新的距離測度。然后使用新的距離測度對每一類圖像進行AP聚類,生成各類圖像的聚類中心,計算待標注圖像到各類圖像聚類中心的平均距離,確定待標注圖像類別。最后計算待標注圖像到類內(nèi)各個聚類中心的距離,確定待標注圖像類內(nèi)類別,統(tǒng)計該類別下圖像的標注詞,作為待標注圖像的標注詞。在Corel5K和NUS-WIDE數(shù)據(jù)集上進行了實驗,經(jīng)驗證,該方法有效提高了標注精度。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an improved AP(Affinity Propagation clustering model is proposed to effectively utilize the image underlying visual features and image semantic features. Firstly, a semi-supervised distance measure learning algorithm is used to fuse the image semantic information. Then we use the new distance measure to cluster each kind of image by AP clustering, generate the clustering center of each kind of image, calculate the average distance between the image to be tagged and the cluster center of each kind of image. Finally, the distance between the image to be tagged and each cluster center within the cluster is calculated, and the category of the image to be labeled is determined, and the tagging words of the image under the category are counted. As the tagging words of the image to be tagged, the experiments are carried out on the Corel5K and NUS-WIDE data sets, and it is proved that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of the tagging.
