【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)的信息化水平也逐漸受到重視,信息化手段已經(jīng)成為了傳統(tǒng)各行業(yè)提高工作效率和管理水平的有效方法。銀行作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性行業(yè),很早開始就采用軟件系統(tǒng)來完成基本的日常工作和客戶服務(wù)。目前國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)有很多較為成熟的銀行信息化產(chǎn)品,然而不同性質(zhì)的銀行,其工作流程和業(yè)務(wù)范圍也不盡相同。客戶賬戶信息對(duì)于銀行來說是生存之本,至關(guān)重要的。銀行客戶管理的核心內(nèi)容就是要管理儲(chǔ)戶的賬戶基本信息和賬戶記錄情況。采用成熟的軟件技術(shù),升級(jí)目前銀行客戶管理業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),構(gòu)造銀行客戶信息的統(tǒng)一視圖,為不同層次分支機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)營,提供實(shí)時(shí)的、一致的客戶信息訪問服務(wù),是銀行提高服務(wù)和管理水平必不可少的一環(huán)。本課題以實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為背景,研究天津某商業(yè)銀行的客戶信息管理工作信息化。首先通過查閱資料,了解到開發(fā)銀行客戶管理系統(tǒng)常用的一些信息技術(shù),如數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)以及Web程序開發(fā)技術(shù)等,并采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)完成用戶需求的分析。系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)之初,確立了采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)瀑布開發(fā)流程,依據(jù)Web編程規(guī)范,從需求分析、系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)到編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試及試運(yùn)行等環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能和性能進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量控制,力求本銀行管理系統(tǒng)能夠符合銀行的實(shí)際需要。在技術(shù)路線的選擇上,采用主流的.NET軟件開發(fā)技術(shù)路線,系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊包括儲(chǔ)戶信息管理,銀行業(yè)務(wù)管理和系統(tǒng)管理等。銀行客戶管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),能夠滿足銀行基本業(yè)務(wù)需求,幫助銀行職員完成客戶信息管理業(yè)務(wù),達(dá)到提高工作效率,使銀行工作規(guī)范化、流水化,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量的目的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet technology, the informatization level of various industries has been gradually attached importance. Information technology has become an effective way to improve the efficiency and management level of traditional industries. Banks are the pillar industries of the national economy. Software system has been used to complete basic daily work and customer service. At present, there are many mature bank information products at home and abroad, however, banks of different nature, Their workflows and business scope are also different. Customer account information is essential to the survival of banks. Essential. The core of bank customer management is to manage the basic account information and account records of depositors. Using sophisticated software technology, upgrade the current banking customer management business system, Constructing a unified view of bank customer information, providing real-time and consistent customer information access service for the operation of branches at different levels, is an indispensable link for banks to improve their service and management level. This paper studies the informationization of customer information management in a commercial bank in Tianjin. Firstly, through consulting information, we find out some information technologies commonly used in the customer management system of development bank, such as database technology, network technology and Web program development technology, etc. At the beginning of the development, the system established the standard waterfall development process, according to the Web programming specification, from requirement analysis, system outline design and detailed design to coding implementation. In order to meet the practical needs of the bank, the system test and trial operation are carried out to strictly control the function and performance of the system. In the selection of the technical route, the mainstream .NET software development technology route is adopted. The main function modules of the system include depositor information management, bank business management and system management, etc. The construction of bank customer management system can meet the basic business needs of banks and help bank staff to complete customer information management business. To achieve the purpose of improving working efficiency, standardization of bank work, income, and improving service quality.
