基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向的試衣APP交互設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前的網(wǎng)購(gòu)服裝模式在帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí),也存在著諸多問(wèn)題,其中難以進(jìn)行試衣較為突出,因此虛擬試衣軟件開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)在人們的視野中,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)試衣軟件的研究多集中于服裝建模等技術(shù)層面,而對(duì)用戶(hù)的使用體驗(yàn)關(guān)注較少。目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向設(shè)計(jì)方法強(qiáng)調(diào)關(guān)注用戶(hù)體驗(yàn),將用戶(hù)的期望目標(biāo)和設(shè)計(jì)緊密結(jié)合,是以用戶(hù)為中心設(shè)計(jì)理論的經(jīng)典設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文從目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論出發(fā),分析用戶(hù)不同層面目標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系,識(shí)別試衣APP的用戶(hù)目標(biāo),以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向完成試衣APP的整體設(shè)計(jì),為后續(xù)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論的應(yīng)用提供借鑒。本文基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論對(duì)試衣APP設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)提出用戶(hù)目標(biāo)關(guān)系模型。針對(duì)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向核心即用戶(hù)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行深入研究,探討用戶(hù)目標(biāo)與動(dòng)機(jī)的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,分析了不同層面用戶(hù)目標(biāo)的關(guān)系并建立其模型。(2)基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論分析現(xiàn)有試衣APP。通過(guò)競(jìng)品分析和可用性測(cè)試的方法分析試衣APP的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀,以目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向?yàn)槔碚撝笇?dǎo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析,獲取試衣APP的用戶(hù)目標(biāo)及設(shè)計(jì)要素,并對(duì)基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向的試衣APP交互設(shè)計(jì)流程進(jìn)行總結(jié)。(3)識(shí)別試衣APP用戶(hù)目標(biāo)。首先,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)消費(fèi)者在網(wǎng)購(gòu)服飾過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,并邀請(qǐng)典型用戶(hù)進(jìn)行定性的深度訪談,挖掘用戶(hù)對(duì)試衣APP的需求及期望點(diǎn);然后,依據(jù)研究結(jié)果對(duì)用戶(hù)群體進(jìn)行主次劃分,進(jìn)而分析用戶(hù)群體在體驗(yàn)層、情感層、功能層等不同層面的目標(biāo),創(chuàng)建典型用戶(hù)角色并構(gòu)造其使用試衣APP的情景劇本,得到典型用戶(hù)角色的目標(biāo)需求,總結(jié)出試衣APP的設(shè)計(jì)原則。(4)試衣APP設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐及可用性驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)原則及用戶(hù)目標(biāo),進(jìn)行試衣APP交互設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,并通過(guò)紙面原型測(cè)試的方法對(duì)其可用性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,根據(jù)任務(wù)操作的完成度檢查設(shè)計(jì)的可用性,結(jié)合量表評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐的可用性和滿(mǎn)意度。測(cè)試結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了試衣APP設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐良好的可用性和滿(mǎn)意度。本文以魔秀試衣APP為例,對(duì)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論在交互設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出了用戶(hù)不同層面目標(biāo)的關(guān)系模型,完成了以用戶(hù)目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的試衣APP整體設(shè)計(jì),充分驗(yàn)證了目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論在交互設(shè)計(jì)中的重要性,對(duì)試衣APP交互設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:While the current online fashion mode brings convenience, there are also many problems, among which it is difficult to conduct fitting more prominent, so virtual fitting software began to appear in people's vision. The research on fitting software at home and abroad focuses on the technical aspects such as garment modeling, but less on the user's experience. The goal-oriented design method emphasizes the attention to the user experience and closely combines the user's expected goal with the design. It is a classical design method based on user-centered design theory. This paper analyzes the relationship between user's goals at different levels, identifies the user's goal of fitting APP, and completes the overall design of APP by taking goal as the direction, starting from the goal-oriented theory, and analyzing the relationship between the user's goals at different levels. This paper studies the design of fitting APP based on goal-oriented theory. The main content of this paper is to put forward the model of user goal relationship, which is the core of goal-oriented, that is, user goal. This paper discusses the corresponding relationship between user goals and motivation, analyzes the relationship between user goals at different levels and establishes its model. Based on the goal-oriented theory, it analyzes the existing fitting APPs. Through the methods of competitive analysis and usability testing, it analyzes the market situation of APP. Under the guidance of goal-oriented theory, the user goal and design elements of APP are obtained, and the interactive design flow of APP based on goal-oriented is summarized. Find out the problems that consumers encounter in the process of online clothing purchase, and invite typical users to conduct qualitative in-depth interviews, mining users' needs and expectations for fitting APP. Then, according to the results of the research, the users are divided into primary and secondary groups. Then it analyzes the goals of user groups at different levels, such as experience layer, emotion layer, function layer, etc., creates the typical user role and constructs the scene script of using the fitting APP, and obtains the target demand of the typical user role. The design practice and usability verification of fitting APP are summarized. According to the design principle and user goal, the interactive design practice of fitting APP is carried out, and the usability is verified by the method of paper prototype test. The usability of the design is checked according to the completion degree of the task operation, and the usability and satisfaction of the design practice are evaluated with the scale. The test results verify the good usability and satisfaction of the design practice of the fitting APP. In this paper, the application of goal-oriented theory in interactive design is deeply studied, and the relational model of user's goal at different levels is put forward, and the overall design of customer-oriented APP is completed. It fully verifies the importance of goal-oriented theory in interactive design, and has a certain guiding significance for the development of APP interactive design.
