基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向的試衣APP交互設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前的網(wǎng)購服裝模式在帶來便利的同時,也存在著諸多問題,其中難以進(jìn)行試衣較為突出,因此虛擬試衣軟件開始出現(xiàn)在人們的視野中,國內(nèi)外對試衣軟件的研究多集中于服裝建模等技術(shù)層面,而對用戶的使用體驗關(guān)注較少。目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向設(shè)計方法強(qiáng)調(diào)關(guān)注用戶體驗,將用戶的期望目標(biāo)和設(shè)計緊密結(jié)合,是以用戶為中心設(shè)計理論的經(jīng)典設(shè)計方法。本文從目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論出發(fā),分析用戶不同層面目標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系,識別試衣APP的用戶目標(biāo),以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向完成試衣APP的整體設(shè)計,為后續(xù)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論的應(yīng)用提供借鑒。本文基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論對試衣APP設(shè)計進(jìn)行研究,主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)提出用戶目標(biāo)關(guān)系模型。針對目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向核心即用戶目標(biāo)進(jìn)行深入研究,探討用戶目標(biāo)與動機(jī)的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,分析了不同層面用戶目標(biāo)的關(guān)系并建立其模型。(2)基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論分析現(xiàn)有試衣APP。通過競品分析和可用性測試的方法分析試衣APP的市場現(xiàn)狀,以目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向為理論指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計分析,獲取試衣APP的用戶目標(biāo)及設(shè)計要素,并對基于目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向的試衣APP交互設(shè)計流程進(jìn)行總結(jié)。(3)識別試衣APP用戶目標(biāo)。首先,通過問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)消費(fèi)者在網(wǎng)購服飾過程中遇到的問題,并邀請典型用戶進(jìn)行定性的深度訪談,挖掘用戶對試衣APP的需求及期望點(diǎn);然后,依據(jù)研究結(jié)果對用戶群體進(jìn)行主次劃分,進(jìn)而分析用戶群體在體驗層、情感層、功能層等不同層面的目標(biāo),創(chuàng)建典型用戶角色并構(gòu)造其使用試衣APP的情景劇本,得到典型用戶角色的目標(biāo)需求,總結(jié)出試衣APP的設(shè)計原則。(4)試衣APP設(shè)計實踐及可用性驗證。根據(jù)設(shè)計原則及用戶目標(biāo),進(jìn)行試衣APP交互設(shè)計實踐,并通過紙面原型測試的方法對其可用性進(jìn)行驗證,根據(jù)任務(wù)操作的完成度檢查設(shè)計的可用性,結(jié)合量表評價設(shè)計實踐的可用性和滿意度。測試結(jié)果驗證了試衣APP設(shè)計實踐良好的可用性和滿意度。本文以魔秀試衣APP為例,對目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論在交互設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出了用戶不同層面目標(biāo)的關(guān)系模型,完成了以用戶目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的試衣APP整體設(shè)計,充分驗證了目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向理論在交互設(shè)計中的重要性,對試衣APP交互設(shè)計的發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:While the current online fashion mode brings convenience, there are also many problems, among which it is difficult to conduct fitting more prominent, so virtual fitting software began to appear in people's vision. The research on fitting software at home and abroad focuses on the technical aspects such as garment modeling, but less on the user's experience. The goal-oriented design method emphasizes the attention to the user experience and closely combines the user's expected goal with the design. It is a classical design method based on user-centered design theory. This paper analyzes the relationship between user's goals at different levels, identifies the user's goal of fitting APP, and completes the overall design of APP by taking goal as the direction, starting from the goal-oriented theory, and analyzing the relationship between the user's goals at different levels. This paper studies the design of fitting APP based on goal-oriented theory. The main content of this paper is to put forward the model of user goal relationship, which is the core of goal-oriented, that is, user goal. This paper discusses the corresponding relationship between user goals and motivation, analyzes the relationship between user goals at different levels and establishes its model. Based on the goal-oriented theory, it analyzes the existing fitting APPs. Through the methods of competitive analysis and usability testing, it analyzes the market situation of APP. Under the guidance of goal-oriented theory, the user goal and design elements of APP are obtained, and the interactive design flow of APP based on goal-oriented is summarized. Find out the problems that consumers encounter in the process of online clothing purchase, and invite typical users to conduct qualitative in-depth interviews, mining users' needs and expectations for fitting APP. Then, according to the results of the research, the users are divided into primary and secondary groups. Then it analyzes the goals of user groups at different levels, such as experience layer, emotion layer, function layer, etc., creates the typical user role and constructs the scene script of using the fitting APP, and obtains the target demand of the typical user role. The design practice and usability verification of fitting APP are summarized. According to the design principle and user goal, the interactive design practice of fitting APP is carried out, and the usability is verified by the method of paper prototype test. The usability of the design is checked according to the completion degree of the task operation, and the usability and satisfaction of the design practice are evaluated with the scale. The test results verify the good usability and satisfaction of the design practice of the fitting APP. In this paper, the application of goal-oriented theory in interactive design is deeply studied, and the relational model of user's goal at different levels is put forward, and the overall design of customer-oriented APP is completed. It fully verifies the importance of goal-oriented theory in interactive design, and has a certain guiding significance for the development of APP interactive design.
