【摘要】：本文論述安迪公司生產(chǎn)制造作業(yè)管理軟件的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該軟件的目的是面向公司精細(xì)化管理戰(zhàn)略,為長(zhǎng)期的精益化生產(chǎn)管理發(fā)展打下基礎(chǔ),具體目標(biāo)包括提升生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的精細(xì)化程度、實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流的集成化的管理以及動(dòng)態(tài)和量化的生產(chǎn)資源能力管理。論文基于軟件工程的理論和方法,首先建立了安迪公司生產(chǎn)制造作業(yè)管理軟件的功能需求。圍繞該企業(yè)在目前的生產(chǎn)管理的精細(xì)化需要,論文具體分析和確定了主要目標(biāo)。然后從生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)物流和資源能力三方面具體分析了所需實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能內(nèi)容,著重對(duì)其中的重要功能闡述了數(shù)據(jù)處理方式,并給出模塊的用例模型。在軟件設(shè)計(jì)方面,從分析討論該軟件的總體架構(gòu)出發(fā),確定了基本的內(nèi)部模塊組成框架,然后運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο蠓椒ㄟM(jìn)行模塊設(shè)計(jì),論述了主要模塊的內(nèi)部組成、對(duì)象劃分和主要的計(jì)算處理的算法流程,并闡述數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)模型和部分表的內(nèi)部詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。在程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)方面,對(duì)編程模型及其主要程序的運(yùn)行實(shí)例、測(cè)試方法和主要實(shí)例等進(jìn)行了闡述。該軟件基于多層架構(gòu)進(jìn)行模塊配置,采用C#編程模型和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)作為編程開發(fā)的工具。通過(guò)應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,安迪公司的生產(chǎn)制造作業(yè)管理軟件在預(yù)期的功能方面初步取得了較為積極的效果,現(xiàn)階段所取得的主要成效表明該軟件初步達(dá)到了預(yù)期的開發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the requirement analysis, design and implementation of the manufacturing job management software for Andy Company. The purpose of the software is to lay a foundation for the development of the long-term lean production management, which is oriented to the fine management strategy of the company. The specific objectives include improving the degree of refinement of production planning, realizing integrated management of production logistics and dynamic and quantitative management of production resources. The paper is based on the theory and method of software engineering. First of all, the functional requirements of manufacturing job management software for Andy Company are established. According to the detailed needs of the enterprise in the current production management, the main objectives are analyzed and determined in detail in this paper. In this paper, the main functional contents of production logistics and resource capability are analyzed in detail, and the data processing methods are emphasized, and the use case model of the module is given. Starting from the analysis and discussion of the overall framework of the software, the basic internal module composition framework is determined, and then the module design is carried out by using the object-oriented method, and the internal composition of the main module is discussed. The object partition and the main arithmetic flow of calculation and processing, and expatiate the relational data model of database and the detailed design of part of the table. In the aspect of program realization, the program model and its main program running example are given. The testing method and main examples are described. The software is configured based on multi-tier architecture. The C # programming model and SQL Server database are used as programming tools. The production job management software of Andy Company has achieved positive results in the expected function, and the main results obtained at the present stage show that the software has initially reached the expected development goal.
