基于WEB的電子報刊管理平臺設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計算機技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,新興媒體不斷涌現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)報刊受到計算機、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、通信等數(shù)字技術(shù)的沖擊與促進,同時與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、手機等新興媒體相互融合。電子報刊的興起,進一步鞏固了傳統(tǒng)報刊在媒體上的地位。電子報刊是傳統(tǒng)報刊與數(shù)字技術(shù)結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。然而現(xiàn)今比較成熟的電子報刊系統(tǒng)大多體積龐大,功能復雜,不適合小型地域性發(fā)行報刊的數(shù)字化應(yīng)用,也不適合機關(guān)事業(yè)單位的內(nèi)部發(fā)行報刊的實際需求。因此,通過對報刊數(shù)字化演進過程的分析,以及對數(shù)字報刊行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀的深入探索,研究開發(fā)一個簡單易用,功能專一性強,運行穩(wěn)定,適合機關(guān)事業(yè)單位的小型電子報刊管理平臺將具有極大的現(xiàn)實意義和價值。本文在依據(jù)實際需求的基礎(chǔ)上,深入了解需求單位的工作性質(zhì)和流程,分析平臺的基本工作思路,設(shè)計一個易于操作,便于維護,并能達到使用性能需求的電子報刊管理平臺。針對小型化的基本思路,提出采用基于WEB瀏覽器的模式,使用B/S架構(gòu)。服務(wù)器端主要使用了Access數(shù)據(jù)庫和Dreamweaver工具進行系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)。本平臺主要用于電子報刊的閱讀和管理,實現(xiàn)了基于WEB的電子報刊閱讀的基本功能。管理員使用后臺系統(tǒng)能實現(xiàn)包括上傳和管理報刊,版面,文章,圖片,圖片熱區(qū)鏈接等功能,前臺用戶能如實準確的看到報刊的所有信息,并能下載保存,在保留了用戶對傳統(tǒng)報刊的閱讀習慣的基礎(chǔ)上,提供全新的閱讀體驗。目前,該平臺系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入到實際使用當中。經(jīng)過一段時間的測試和檢驗,該平臺的設(shè)計滿足了需求單位報刊數(shù)字化的使用要求,日常操作簡便快捷,管理員學習成本低,具有良好的實用效果,為小型電子報刊的數(shù)字化管理和閱讀作出了一次有意義的嘗試。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and network technology, new media are emerging constantly. Traditional newspapers and periodicals are impacted and promoted by digital technology such as computer, Internet, communication and so on, at the same time, they are connected with the Internet. Mobile phones and other emerging media converge. The rise of electronic newspapers, It further consolidated the position of traditional newspapers and periodicals in the media. Electronic newspapers and periodicals are the product of the combination of traditional newspapers and digital technologies. However, most of the more mature electronic press systems nowadays are large in volume and complex in function. It is not suitable for the digital application of the small regional distribution newspapers and periodicals, nor is it suitable for the actual needs of the internal distribution of newspapers and periodicals in the organs and institutions. Therefore, through the analysis of the process of the digitization evolution of the newspapers and periodicals, As well as the in-depth exploration of the current situation of the digital press industry and the present technological situation, the research and development of a simple and easy to use, strong functional specificity, stable operation, The small electronic newspaper management platform suitable for government institutions will have great practical significance and value. Based on the actual demand, this paper deeply understand the nature and process of the demand units, and analyze the basic working ideas of the platform. An electronic newspaper management platform is designed, which is easy to operate, maintain and meet the requirement of performance. Aiming at the basic idea of miniaturization, the mode based on WEB browser is put forward. The server mainly uses Access database and Dreamweaver tools to implement the system. This platform is mainly used for the reading and management of electronic newspapers and periodicals. The basic function of electronic newspaper reading based on WEB is realized. Administrators can use the background system to upload and manage newspapers, pages, articles, pictures, and links to hot areas of pictures, etc. Front desk users can truthfully and accurately see all the information of newspapers and periodicals, and can download and save them. On the basis of retaining users' reading habits of traditional newspapers and periodicals, they can provide a completely new reading experience. The platform system has been put into practical use. After a period of testing and testing, the design of the platform can meet the requirements of the digitization of newspapers and periodicals, and the daily operation is simple and fast, and the learning cost of the administrator is low. It has good practical effect and makes a meaningful attempt for the digital management and reading of small electronic newspapers and periodicals.
