【摘要】：高校餐飲及其管理一直是社會(huì)和學(xué)校關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題,如何提升高校餐飲服務(wù)質(zhì)量,確保高校餐飲安全,提高高校餐飲管理水平,改善餐飲管理人員的工作效率,提升高校師生的滿意度,一直是一個(gè)難以解決的問題。高校就餐人員主要是大學(xué)生和研究生,來自全國、甚至世界各地,家庭和社會(huì)背景復(fù)雜,眾口難調(diào)。如何利用信息化手段,提供符合年輕人的餐飲管理和服務(wù),這對高校餐飲管理和服務(wù)信息化提出了更高的要求。隨著高校信息化工作的深入發(fā)展,高校餐飲管理和服務(wù)亟需依靠信息化手段,優(yōu)化原料采購流程,簡化備餐工作,推出特色服務(wù)。在此背景下,經(jīng)過前期充分調(diào)研,基于現(xiàn)有工作流程,梳理餐飲管理和服務(wù)的工作內(nèi)容,結(jié)合相關(guān)規(guī)章制度,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化管理和服務(wù)流程,提出了備餐管理、采購管理、就餐管理、交流互動(dòng)、以及餐飲工作人事績效管理等實(shí)際需求�；诟咝２惋嫻芾砗头⻊�(wù)的需求,考查用戶操作習(xí)慣和使用場景,以及系統(tǒng)的使用規(guī)模,系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu),以SSH (Struts、Spring、Hibernate)作為系統(tǒng)底層框架,使用MySQL作為系統(tǒng)后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,前端使用jquery, css3等豐富頁面交互,后臺程序基于Java語言進(jìn)行開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)整個(gè)開發(fā)過程嚴(yán)格遵守軟件工程的各項(xiàng)要求,從需求分析出發(fā),經(jīng)過概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、編碼開發(fā)、單元測試、集成測試等過程。高校餐飲管理和服務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過需求調(diào)研、分析,直至最后開發(fā)完成部署上線,將初步實(shí)現(xiàn)餐飲管理和服務(wù)工作的信息化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)餐飲工作的精細(xì)化管理和服務(wù),減少浪費(fèi),支持食品安全的可追溯。通過交流互動(dòng)服務(wù),及時(shí)了解師生訴求,能夠?yàn)閹熒峁└玫牟惋嫹⻊?wù),可以有效提升師生對餐飲管理和服務(wù)的滿意度。
[Abstract]:College catering and its management have always been the focus of attention of the society and schools. How to improve the quality of university catering service, ensure the safety of university catering, improve the level of catering management, improve the efficiency of catering management staff, Improving the satisfaction of teachers and students in colleges and universities has always been a difficult problem. College diners are mainly students and graduate students, from all over the country and even around the world, with complex family and social backgrounds. How to make use of information technology to provide catering management and service in line with young people has put forward higher requirements for university catering management and service informatization. With the further development of university information work, College catering management and service need to rely on information means, optimize the raw material procurement process, simplify the work of preparing meals, and launch the characteristic service. In this context, after the early sufficient investigation, based on the existing workflow, Combing the work contents of catering management and service, combining the relevant rules and regulations, further optimizing the management and service flow, proposing food preparation management, procurement management, dining management, communication and interaction, Based on the requirements of catering management and service in colleges and universities, the users' operating habits and usage scenarios, as well as the scale of the system, are examined. The system adopts the B / S architecture, and takes SSH struts Spring Spring as the underlying framework of the system. Using MySQL as the background database of the system, the front-end uses rich pages such as jQuery, css3 and so on. The background program is developed based on the Java language. The whole development process of the system strictly complies with the requirements of software engineering. After brief design, detailed design, database design, coding development, unit testing, integrated testing and other processes. University catering management and service information system through demand investigation, analysis, until the final development and deployment online, It will initially realize the information management of catering management and service work, realize the meticulous management and service of catering work, reduce waste, and support the traceability of food safety. Through the exchange of interactive services, we can understand the demands of teachers and students in a timely manner. Can provide better catering services for teachers and students, can effectively enhance the satisfaction of teachers and students on catering management and service.
