G公司ERP項目方案設計與實施問題研究

【摘要】:本文研究對象G公司是一家國內(nèi)中小型能源化工加工企業(yè),由于公司管理層企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的成功實施,企業(yè)的業(yè)務不斷壯大,企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品也越來越多。企業(yè)原有的信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)滿足不了G公司對信息化和管理上的要求,管理上的困難和瓶頸也隨之而來。G公司想要通過ERP項目建設,提高企業(yè)信息的集成能力,提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制和管理決策的管控能力,提高信息技術人員的業(yè)務能力,提高整體素質和服務能力。本文依從項目管理和ERP基本理論,在對G公司進行全方位項目調(diào)研的基礎上,結合G公司業(yè)務管理實務,明確G公司ERP項目總體目標、G公司ERP項目組織機構、及G公司ERP項目組各職責設定及項目交付計劃,選擇SAP R/3系統(tǒng)作為G公司ERP軟件支持,結合該公司生產(chǎn)、銷售、采購、倉庫和財務方面的業(yè)務需求,對其ERP功能模塊進行設計,確定G公司ERP系統(tǒng)由銷售管理、生產(chǎn)管理、采購管理、庫存管理、發(fā)貨管理和財務管理等子系統(tǒng)構成,進而進行G公司ERP項目功能模塊整體框架設計,確定其ERP項目功能模塊,包括項目管理模塊(PS)、物資管理模塊(MM)、設備管理模塊(PM)、生產(chǎn)管理模塊(PP)、銷售管理模塊(SD)、財務管理模塊(FI)六大功能模塊。并且結合G公司的具體情況,設計了G公司ERP項目實施總進度計劃方案,明確每一階段的工作內(nèi)容。接著,對G公司ERP項目在項目進度控制和項目質量控制中遇到的問題進行提出和分析。最后針對G公司ERP項目進度控制和質量控制遇到的問題提出了相應的保障措施。
[Abstract]:G Company is a small and medium-sized energy and chemical processing enterprise in China. Due to the successful implementation of the company's management strategy, the business of the company continues to grow. There are more and more products of the enterprise. The original information system of the enterprise can no longer meet the requirements of the information and management of company G, and the difficulties and bottlenecks in the management also follow that the company wants to build through the ERP project. This paper follows the basic theory of project management and ERP, improves the integration ability of enterprise information, the control ability of enterprise internal control and management decision, the business ability of information technology personnel, the overall quality and the service ability. On the basis of comprehensive project investigation of G company, combined with G company business management practice, the overall goal of G company ERP project and G company ERP project organization, as well as G company ERP project team responsibility setting and project delivery plan, are clarified. The SAP R / 3 system is selected as the ERP software support of G Company. Combining with the business requirements of production, sales, purchase, warehouse and finance of the company, the ERP function module is designed, and the ERP system of G Company is managed by sales and production. Purchasing management, inventory management, shipping management, financial management and other subsystems, then G company ERP project function module overall framework design, determine its ERP project function module, It includes six functional modules: project management module, material management module, material management module, equipment management module, production management module, sales management module and financial management module. Design G company ERP project implementation of the overall progress plan, clear the content of each stage of the work. Then, This paper puts forward and analyzes the problems encountered in the project schedule control and project quality control of ERP project in G company, and finally puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the problems encountered in the progress control and quality control of G company ERP project.
