【摘要】：目前,高等職業(yè)院校數(shù)字化發(fā)展階段的核心目標(biāo)便是針對(duì)教育、培訓(xùn)、研究探索、管理等工作采取信息化方式進(jìn)行提升與優(yōu)化。《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》強(qiáng)調(diào):“信息技術(shù)有助于改善教育領(lǐng)域整體現(xiàn)狀,需要給予重點(diǎn)關(guān)注”。教育部《教育信息化十年發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2011-2020)》表示:“高等職業(yè)教育信息化作為技術(shù)類(lèi)人才誕生不可缺少的基本前提,在教育信息化過(guò)程中應(yīng)當(dāng)使其盡可能得到完善�！碧旖蛑械侣殬I(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,作為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的100所高職示范院校之一,結(jié)合個(gè)人進(jìn)步原則,滿(mǎn)足信息技術(shù)進(jìn)步趨勢(shì),通過(guò)頂尖的信息技術(shù)形成校園信息化體制,推動(dòng)信息化工作的進(jìn)程,讓學(xué)校在信息化道路上處于領(lǐng)先水平,進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量、優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)境、擴(kuò)大品牌優(yōu)勢(shì)、提升綜合實(shí)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)市委市政府對(duì)學(xué)院提出的“國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際有影響”辦學(xué)目標(biāo)的一個(gè)重要舉措。通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)外同類(lèi)院校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的情況和已有的相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題和不足,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出天津中德職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院數(shù)字化校園在不同發(fā)展階段的建設(shè)規(guī)范。圍繞天津中德職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的研究目標(biāo),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與完善學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,提升和完善數(shù)字化教學(xué)材料,使信息平臺(tái)得到統(tǒng)一和協(xié)調(diào)。讓網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)、教學(xué)材料、信息平臺(tái)、操作系統(tǒng)等各項(xiàng)基本工作得到落實(shí),而最關(guān)鍵的是構(gòu)造信息中心,將學(xué)校內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)信息進(jìn)行匯總,形成整體協(xié)調(diào)的驗(yàn)證機(jī)制,滿(mǎn)足實(shí)際需求的數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),貫徹執(zhí)行信息容災(zāi)以及安全保障工作,增強(qiáng)信息的適用性,合理性與穩(wěn)定性,避免出現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)“孤島”,使信息真正實(shí)現(xiàn)交流共享。通過(guò)本人參與天津中德職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施建設(shè),從信息門(mén)戶(hù)系統(tǒng)、統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證和數(shù)據(jù)中心以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等方面具體介紹了實(shí)施過(guò)程。結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的成就和經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)出數(shù)字化校園各系統(tǒng)集成的一些管理方法,借此在天津中德職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化校園獲得相應(yīng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)累積。

In the process of educational informatization, we should make it as perfect as possible. "Tianjin Sino-German Vocational and Technical College, as one of the 100 high vocational and technical demonstration colleges that the state focuses on, combines the principle of personal progress to meet the trend of information technology progress," he said. Through the top information technology to form the campus information system, to promote the process of information work, to make the school in the leading level on the road of information, to further improve the quality of teaching, optimize the teaching environment, expand the brand advantage, To promote the comprehensive strength and realize the goal of "leading in China and having international influence" put forward by the municipal party committee and government. Through the research on the construction of digital campus in the similar colleges and universities at home and abroad, and the existing norms and standards, In view of the existing problems and shortcomings, combined with the existing domestic and foreign relevant norms and standards, The paper puts forward the construction standard of the digital campus of Tianjin Sino-German Vocational and Technical College in different stages of development, and further strengthens and perfects the school network environment around the research goal of the digital campus construction of Tianjin Sino-German Vocational and Technical College. To promote and perfect the digital teaching materials, to unify and coordinate the information platform, to implement the basic work of network foundation, teaching material, information platform, operating system and so on, and the most important thing is to construct the information center. Gather all the information in the school, form the overall and coordinated verification mechanism, meet the actual needs of the data platform, carry out the information disaster recovery and security work, enhance the applicability, rationality and stability of the information, To avoid the occurrence of data "isolated island", so that the information can be truly exchanged and shared. Through my participation in the construction project of digital campus of Tianjin Sino-German Vocational and Technical College, the information portal system can be implemented. The implementation process of unified identity authentication, data center and network security is introduced in detail. Based on the achievements and experiences of digital campus construction in our country, some management methods for the integration of digital campus systems are summarized. In order to achieve information technology in Tianjin China-Germany Vocational and Technical College to obtain the corresponding experience accumulation.
