【摘要】：目的由于肺部CT圖像中各組織結(jié)構(gòu)復雜、灰度分布不均勻,造成肺實質(zhì)部分難以準確分割和提取。為了提高肺實質(zhì)分割的準確率,本文提出了一種基于超像素的細化分割與模糊C均值聚類相結(jié)合的自動分割算法。方法該算法充分利用肺部CT圖像的灰度、紋理特征,同時為了正確標記超像素的分類,引入一種空間鄰域信息來增強空間約束進而有效地解決灰度不均勻的問題,它能夠?qū)Ψ螌嵸|(zhì)進行分割并除去其周圍的主血管,然后利用形態(tài)學知識去除肺部的分支血管。結(jié)果在臨床患有四類疾病的患者CT圖像數(shù)據(jù)集上采用改進的圖像特征,使得肺實質(zhì)分割的準確率提高了0.8%。同時,算法準確率提高到99.46%。結(jié)論實驗結(jié)果表明,本文算法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)肺部CT圖像肺實質(zhì)的自動細化分割,結(jié)果準確適用。該算法魯棒性好、速度快,是一種精確有效的自動肺實質(zhì)分割方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the accuracy of lung parenchyma segmentation, it is difficult to segment and extract the lung parenchyma due to the complicated tissue structure and uneven gray distribution in lung CT images. In this paper, an automatic segmentation algorithm based on super-pixel thinning and fuzzy C-means clustering is proposed. A spatial neighborhood information is introduced to enhance the spatial constraint and solve the problem of uneven gray scale effectively. It can segment the lung parenchyma and remove the main blood vessels around it. Then the branch blood vessels of the lung were removed by morphological knowledge. Results the improved image features were used in the CT image data set of patients with four kinds of diseases, which increased the accuracy of lung parenchyma segmentation by 0.8%. The experimental results show that the algorithm can realize automatic thinning and segmentation of lung parenchyma in lung CT images, and the results are accurate and applicable. The algorithm is robust and fast. It is an accurate and effective method for automatic pulmonary parenchyma segmentation.
