【摘要】：支付是國際貿(mào)易雙方非常關(guān)注的核心環(huán)節(jié),也是經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生結(jié)算風(fēng)險的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)。本文深入分析當(dāng)前國際貿(mào)易中電匯支付的交易流程,指出電匯支付存在支付效率低、結(jié)算風(fēng)險高的問題。結(jié)合當(dāng)前國際貿(mào)易中的交易流程,充分利用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,全新構(gòu)建了基于區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的跨境支付新模式。通過具體案例,深入闡釋了基于區(qū)塊鏈的跨境支付交易流程,充分展示區(qū)塊鏈跨境支付在降低結(jié)算風(fēng)險、提高支付效率、節(jié)省銀行資源等方面的優(yōu)勢。最后,本文指出基于區(qū)塊鏈的跨境支付在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過程中,需要在制度監(jiān)管方面創(chuàng)新泛中心化的監(jiān)管模式,在技術(shù)發(fā)展方面鼓勵技術(shù)研發(fā)和突破,在行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面制定有效的跨境支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不斷創(chuàng)新和突破。
[Abstract]:Payment is the core link that both sides of international trade pay close attention to, and it is also the key node that often produces settlement risk. This paper deeply analyzes the transaction flow of wire transfer payment in current international trade, and points out that the payment efficiency of wire transfer payment is low. The problem of high settlement risk. Combined with the current transaction process in international trade and making full use of the advantages of blockchain technology, a new cross-border payment model based on blockchain technology is constructed. In this paper, the flow of cross-border payment transaction based on block chain is explained in depth, and the advantages of cross-border payment based on block chain in reducing settlement risk, improving payment efficiency and saving bank resources are fully demonstrated. This paper points out that in the practical application of cross-border payment based on block chain, it is necessary to innovate the pan-centralized regulatory model in the aspect of system supervision, and to encourage technology research and development and breakthrough in technological development. Develop effective cross-border payment standards in industry standards, and constantly innovate and break through.
