【摘要】:電子政務(wù)公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)公文自動(dòng)化流轉(zhuǎn)審批功能,簡化傳統(tǒng)政府公文流轉(zhuǎn)的復(fù)雜性,促進(jìn)電子政務(wù)的普及和推廣,滿足電子政務(wù)高效率辦公需求。本文通過分析電子政務(wù)公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,在單位原有系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套新的電子政務(wù)公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)。本文的主要工作如下:1)論文首先闡述了該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景以及相關(guān)的技術(shù)和開發(fā)框架,并且著重分析了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、.NET技術(shù)如何進(jìn)行軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。2)論文詳細(xì)描述了電子政務(wù)公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)的需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)過程,使用UML用例和結(jié)構(gòu)化流程圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體需求分析和功能設(shè)計(jì),并且設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和軟硬件部署結(jié)構(gòu)。3)論文闡述了電子政務(wù)公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)發(fā)文管理、收文管理兩大核心功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)公文精準(zhǔn)管理和精確查找功能。精確查找過程中,采用字符匹配的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶輸入字符與數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)容的分析比對(duì),高效處理用戶需求。4)論文最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試進(jìn)行了總結(jié),測(cè)試結(jié)果證明各個(gè)功能模塊相互協(xié)調(diào),能夠完成公文發(fā)送、接收、歸檔和查詢這些主要功能。本文設(shè)計(jì)的電子公文流轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)公文無法共享、自動(dòng)化程度低、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)落后、無法實(shí)時(shí)擴(kuò)展的問題,并且具有較高的可靠性和安全性,能夠保障單位的公文實(shí)現(xiàn)電子化、信息化、自動(dòng)化收發(fā)和歸檔,大大地提高了政府職員的工作效率,降低了政府職員的工作壓力。
[Abstract]:The electronic government document circulation system adopts advanced computer technology, network technology and database technology, which can realize the examination and approval function of the official document automatic circulation, simplify the complexity of the traditional government document circulation, and promote the popularization and popularization of the electronic government affairs. This paper analyzes the current research situation of e-government document circulation system at home and abroad, and improves and perfects it on the basis of the original system of the unit. A new E-government document circulation system is designed and implemented. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) first, the background of the system and the related technology and development framework are described. And how to carry out software design and implementation. 2) the paper describes the requirement analysis and design process of E-government document flow system in detail. Using UML use case and structured flow chart to analyze the overall requirement and design the function of the system, and design the network topology structure and the software and hardware deployment structure of the system. The realization process of the two core functions of document management, the accurate management of official documents and the accurate searching function. In the process of accurate searching, the method of character matching is used to realize the analysis and comparison between user input characters and database contents. Finally, the test of the system is summarized. The test results show that each functional module can coordinate with each other, and can complete the document sending and receiving. The electronic document circulation system designed in this paper solves the problems that the traditional official document can not be shared, the degree of automation is low, the system structure is backward, the system can not be extended in real time, and the system has high reliability and security. It can guarantee the electronic, information, automatic sending and receiving and filing of official documents, which greatly improves the working efficiency of government staff and reduces the working pressure of government employees.
