【摘要】：電網(wǎng)企業(yè)擁有大量蘊(yùn)含著重要可靠性信息的設(shè)備缺陷文本,依靠人工進(jìn)行挖掘不僅效率低而且準(zhǔn)確性因人而異。以變壓器缺陷文本為研究對(duì)象,通過分析文本的特點(diǎn),建立了基于語(yǔ)義框架的電網(wǎng)缺陷文本挖掘模型,解決了缺陷文本句子成分難以劃分、數(shù)字量無法精確提取等問題,為電網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)挖掘提供了新技術(shù)。首先在建立本體詞庫(kù)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)缺陷文本進(jìn)行分詞、詞匯特征提取等預(yù)處理;然后定義了電力語(yǔ)義框架與語(yǔ)義槽,提出了槽填充和語(yǔ)義框架構(gòu)建流程,并通過詞串合并實(shí)現(xiàn)了本體字典自動(dòng)完善;最后對(duì)缺陷文本挖掘結(jié)果在可靠性統(tǒng)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。算例表明,所提出的挖掘技術(shù)應(yīng)用于電網(wǎng)缺陷自動(dòng)分類與統(tǒng)計(jì)中,具有可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Power grid enterprises have a large number of equipment defect texts containing important reliability information. Relying on manual mining is not only inefficient but also different in accuracy. Taking transformer defect text as the research object, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the text. A model of grid defect text mining based on semantic framework is established, which solves the problems such as the difficulty of dividing the sentence components of defective text, the difficulty of extracting the exact number of defects, etc. This paper provides a new technology for unstructured data mining in power grid. Firstly, based on the establishment of ontology lexicon, word segmentation and lexical feature extraction of defect text are preprocessed, and then the power semantic framework and semantic slot are defined. The flow of slot filling and semantic frame construction is proposed, and the ontology dictionary is automatically perfected by string merging. Finally, the application of defect text mining results in reliability statistics is studied. The proposed mining technology is feasible and effective in the automatic classification and statistics of power grid defects.
