【摘要】：生產(chǎn)管理是現(xiàn)代電力企業(yè)經(jīng)營和發(fā)展的必要條件,是企業(yè)開展其他管理的前提和基礎(chǔ)。生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為電力企業(yè)實現(xiàn)先進(jìn)管理方式的重要信息化手段,能夠全過程、全方位的管理電力系統(tǒng)輸、變、配電生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),營造安全生產(chǎn)工作氛圍,減少浪費(fèi)、提高效率,實現(xiàn)電力企業(yè)的安全管理,推進(jìn)企業(yè)高效發(fā)展。石嘴山供電公司2008年開始實施信息化“SG186”工程,已經(jīng)建成安全穩(wěn)定的一體化企業(yè)級信息平臺,建成了適應(yīng)公司現(xiàn)代化管理要求的八大業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用,生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)便是其中之一。本文以石嘴山供電公司生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用為背景,根據(jù)石嘴山供電公司生產(chǎn)管理的要求,通過借鑒國內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的先進(jìn)思想及ERP系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的研究,構(gòu)建以空間數(shù)據(jù)為載體、以設(shè)備管理為核心、以業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃為靈魂、以流程重組為主線、以生產(chǎn)管理為目標(biāo)的電力生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)地描述了其業(yè)務(wù)管理范疇、系統(tǒng)功能實現(xiàn)、數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)及安全體系。論文研究以ERP管理體系為基礎(chǔ),針對石嘴山供電公司應(yīng)用生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)(PMS1.0)存在的問題予以改進(jìn),建設(shè)滿足石嘴山供電公司精益化生產(chǎn)管理要求的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)(PMS2.0)。目前,該系統(tǒng)在石嘴山供電公司的運(yùn)作總體情況良好,為實際工作帶來了諸多便利。通過對生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn),不僅改進(jìn)了企業(yè)的管理效率,也在一定程度上進(jìn)一步實現(xiàn)了電力生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的信息化、規(guī)范化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,為邁向智慧企業(yè)這個更高的目標(biāo)打下了堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Production management is a necessary condition for the management and development of modern electric power enterprises, and is also the premise and foundation for enterprises to carry out other management. Production management system has become an important information means for electric power enterprises to realize advanced management methods, and it can be used in the whole process. To manage the transmission, transformation and distribution of electric power system in all directions, to create a safe working atmosphere, to reduce waste, to improve efficiency, and to realize the safety management of electric power enterprises. In 2008, Shizuishan Power supply Company began to implement the informatization "SG186" project. It has built a safe and stable integrated enterprise-level information platform and eight major business applications to meet the requirements of the company's modern management. The production management system is one of them. Based on the application of the production management system of Shizuishan Power supply Company, according to the requirements of the production management of Shizuishan Power supply Company, By drawing lessons from the advanced thought of production management system at home and abroad and the research of ERP system and production management system, this paper constructs a system with spatial data as the carrier, equipment management as the core, business planning as the soul, and process reengineering as the main line. The electric power production management system aiming at production management is described in detail, including its business management category, system function realization, data architecture, technical architecture and safety system. In view of the problems existing in Shizuishan Power supply Company's application of production management system (PMS1.0), a production management system that meets the requirements of lean production management of Shizuishan Power supply Company is built. The operation of the system in Shizuishan Power supply Company is in good condition, which brings a lot of convenience to the practical work. Through the improvement of the production management system, it not only improves the management efficiency of the enterprise, but also improves the management efficiency of the enterprise. To a certain extent, it has further realized the informationization, standardization and standardization of electric power production business, which has laid a solid foundation for the higher goal of intelligent enterprise.
